Our waiter only talked to my wife. He acted like I wasn't even there. She ordered her food and the kids food and he looked at her and asked is that it. So I spoke up and said no. His response was oh yeah okay. When we got the food my wife's food was burnt. She sent it back and when they finally brought it back they didn't even apologize for it. When I ran out of my drink the waiter didn't even ask if I wanted or needed a refill. Overall it was not a pleasant experience ?
DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM THIS LOCATION. I am a Dasher and this restaurant doesn't care about your order. They are consistently understaffed and since the waiters don't make tips on Door Dash orders they just simply do not care. Tonight I was handed a customer's hot food order but told I would need to wait for the milkshake. After another 5 minutes of the customer's food getting cold I asked again and the waitress told me she didn't have time to make it. Ridiculous.
Good food, good price ,excellent food service.
Poor service and seemed to be overcharged. Ordered the same as normal and had high extra charges. I won't return anytime soon if ever. I can go to other places, spend less, have better food and get better service.
Half of IHOP menu features chicken strips in some way it seems, yet IHOP was out of chicken strips on this visit. How does that happen? I wanted the featured salad with grilled chicken. Nope, it's made with strips, no strips available. Then I decided on a spicy chicken sandwich. Nope, because apparently they are made with.... Strips. I asked the server to request the kitchen make the sandwich with any other cut, anything at all, and they did. I half-ate a cold, soggy, tasteless sandwich with some type of red sauce that definitely wasn't spicy, and it had a sprinkle of thick, unmelted, shredded cheese added, to boot. Yuck. IHOP is hit or miss, this was a definite miss food-wise, but the server was great, so meh.
Only 3 people in the restaurant and they somehow managed to take forever to bring us our food. Once the food arrived it was cold and disgusting. They even got our order wrong. they never once brought us refills and took forever to bring us our check. This whole process took a hour and a half when we usually would have taken 30 mins. Awful experience and I will gladly never be coming back.
Jennifer was our waitress tonight and she was great! She was working so many tables by herself and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. IHOP needs to have more help especially during the holidays.
Busy however waitress was very tentative to the 3 customers waiting to be seated. My to go order was packed nice, securely closed up, clean establishment!
Was not a good time at this location on 12/10. My sister ordered the Tres leche pancakes, and first they sent out plain buttermilk. We asked them to fix it. They took them back, and instead of making new ones, they just drizzled some toppings on them, and brought it out. When we pointed out that they were supposed to be layered, as it states in the menu, the waitress at first said it didn't, then took it back, they put some stuff between the layers and brought it back out. By now they were cold because they were the original ones. They should have made them new the first time. We know they were the same as my sister had sliced one and the slice was still there. My eggs were overcooked and my wife's shake was watery. The service was bad throughout. Not going back to this location again.
