Great pizza, salads are wonderful and great liquor and wine selection. My wife and I had a blast at this location. Our server was fantastic.

The pizza was great, loved the decor and atmosphere the place had, i looked the is of the wine bottles and lights to light up the place, it was a great New York style pizza. I like the oven cooked version over a traditional let's get the pizza made oven version, the sauce was not heavily spiced and you could still taste the tomatoes. The meat was good just not very heavy for the price. We ate a Don style pizza.

Not sure what’s going on with this location but they served us brown, slimy, wilted salad and then burnt pizza. Had them take the salads back but kept the pizza since we had waited 40+ min for it. Also ran out of the lunch special individual size pizzas by 12:30pm, didn’t inform us on arrival or offer any alternatives. Seems they are really struggling, which is too bad. There was only one server on for the whole restaurant with no help from the management. Times are tough for the industry but that doesn’t mean I want rotten or burnt food. Will likely go to Gilbert location next time, as their food isn’t cheap and I want to get what I pay for… fresh food prepared correctly!

We were there to celebrate a book we wrote, memories of growing up. The service was wonderful. Thank you so much

I'm usually not one to leave a bad review but our waitress was so disappointing that I have to. My elderly mother and I drove from Tucson to Phoenix for Grimaldi's for her birthday because Grimaldi's is her favorite pizzeria. We usually go to the Grimaldi's located in Scottsdale but this location was more convenient. We arrived around 12:30pm for lunch on a Saturday. The first half of the service was ok (kind of difficult to mess up, "what would you like to drink" and "what would you like to order"). We had gotten refills of our drinks and the waitress failed to remove the empty glasses after passing our table several times. As the waitress was passing our table to get to another table I asked her to please remove the empty glasses. She did not acknowledge me and did not say anything but as she passed again she did remove the empty glasses that were crowding the table. My mother inquired about a possible complimentary dessert for her birthday and the waitress laughed in my mother's face then said no. The waitress's attitude and poor service overshadowed the quality of the food. I believe the waitress's name was Brianna. I've worked at a five star hotel restaurant so maybe I notice these details more than others might. My mother and I expected a higher quality of service based on our experiences with Grimaldi's in the past. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day but that is no excuse to pass her negativity onto the customer, especially on someones birthday.

Nice place and good food. Service was great. Bartender was so busy but he still made sure he took care of everyone. Great customer service.

I have rated this location as a 5 star before and now it's barely a 3 star... the quality and quantity has gone down so much, I don't know if I can continue to justify getting pizza here. Grimaldis has always had very good pizza but the last 3 times we ordered at the Casa Paloma location we were very disappointed. We had the wrong toppings on our pizza, missing toppings and the size has gotten ridiculously smaller. What they call an 18in pizza, in a large pizza box, is not even close to what we are paying for. After the 3rd time getting a pizza that looked smaller we measured it. Turns out the 18in pizza is barely a 15x16 inch oval! I hope someone in management reads this and looks at the photos because something needs to change quickly at this location!

Great food and service. Didn't care for the judgmental customers that go into a family restaurant thinking it'd going to be quit in their.

I want to give this location 2 stars because at least the pizza was good, as per usual with Grimaldi's. However, the service was so bad that I can't even give it two stars. I highly recommend people go to a different Grimaldi's! First off, they shut down the wait-list due to too many reservations and large groups when I tried to call in on a Wednesday evening. We were okay waiting for a table for 3, so we went to the restaurant and waited at the bar till a table opened up. Bartender was good and we were not upset at waiting for a table since we expected it. However, after placing our order once we were sat, it took over 45 minutes till we got our pizza. That is unacceptable. Not only that, but our waitress did not check on us even once in that time frame. She didn't refill our waters or ask if we wanted another beer. In fact, she didn't ever ask to refill our waters once all night and I had to ask the waitress serving the area next to us. She did not apologize for the long wait for the pizza or better yet, forewarn us they were running way behind. We would not have been that upset if we were made aware of the kitchen backup. I know lots of places have staff shortages now, but if you're so busy that you have to shut down your wait-list to deter people, you should also shutdown your online ordering. I cannot tell you how many online orders I saw get boxed up and picked up while we waited for almost an hour for our food. Dine in orders should absolutely get prioritized over online orders in the kitchen. I will not ever return to this location. Poorly managed and terrible service.

I would recommend Grimaldi's to ALL pizza lovers!! Wonderful experience we will repeat on future Phoenix trips!!
