Very impressed. The sushi and poke bowls were really good, and the service was fast and precise. In fact, we were so pleased we returned the next night for dinner again. I really wish they had more locations in the area.
Gosan is my favorite! Perfect for me (gluten free vegetarian) AND my husband. When they ran out of something, they went above and beyond to make it right. Our orders were NEVER wrong and they were always perfect upon delivery. The only reason we can't eat here anymore is because we moved to the west valley. Always and forever our favorite poke place!!
I appreciate your response! My name is Staci and I had came in on May 22 around 4pm. I had filled out the form. The cashier quickly did the bowl without verifying anything with me.I’ve been here 3 times. The first time I ate here it was great but these last 2 times have been terrible! The staff consistently mess up my orders! The second time I went here the sushi rolls were wrong, missing ingredients. I tried one last time today but my order was completely wrong! I paid for 2 proteins but i only got 1, add ins I requested were missing, and instead of the 2 sauces I asked for… she only put 1 sauce. The bowl was disgusting! I ended up tossing it! Complete waste of money! It wasn’t what I asked for. I won’t be coming here again! Back to pokitrition I go!
Pretty amazing, I think we found our favorite poke spot. Something changed about this location since we last ate here, which is a long while back.Delicious, fresh, plenty of fish (other places, is as if they count the pieces), and very nice staff. Smells good and clean so it ads my appetite. Looking forward to come back.
The food was very good! I got a bowl and a roll. I like how their rolls are only 3 pieces because that allows to to taste multiple rolls at once.I gave a rating of 4 stars because the wait was a bit long but everything else was great.The customer service is always top tier!
Love this spot for Poke bowls! So good. Fresh fish and whenever the owner is around, he's so friendly. Go here!
Used to be my go to Poke place because they were the closest. They have pretty good Hawaiian Tuna. My biggest gripe with ordering the Hawaiian Tuna poke bowl though is that if you order more than one Hawaiian Tuna scoops, your order ends up drenched with their Hawaiian Tuna sauce and it becomes waaaay too salty on top of your rice and other toppings. They are not good with customizing orders if you do delivery. I wish they would put the fish scoops on the side so it’s not drenched in the bowl or add their sauce to the side but every time I’ve asked them to do this they ignore my request. Also their other fishes like Salmon and regular Tuna are just okay. The Salmon tastes too lean. I prefer my salmon to be a little more buttery tasting.
We stopped in to satiate our poke cravings. Overall a good experience with friendly service. Ordering was fun using the paper forms.The quality of ingredients was great and the overall flavors were great too. The spicy is spicy for sure.4 star experience because of 3 things:- my girlfriend ended up having a fish bone in her salmon- they forgot to put the sauce on her meat- the rice to meat quantity is out of balance. There's barely enough rice in there to go with all the protein.But overall I wouldn't turn anyone away from here and maybe our qualms over the rice portion wouldn't bother others.
Food was good, service was fast but when I ordered the Cali bowl and asked for no pineapple, I was told that the owner did not like his recipe changed and now this was a custom bowl and I had to pay extra for the avocado that came with it. Never been somewhere where omitting an ingredient cost you extra. To me that's not good customer service from management.
I have NEVER been disappointed by this restaurant. I used to work at a poke store… but Gosan by far tops the charts in regards to quality. I usually order through Uber Eats and they ALWAYS listen to my special requests. I’ve never missed a sauce, drink, or utensil ever. Whoever works here… you absolutely rock. I know the food industry sucks- trust me I’ve been there. But you guys are killing it. Bless!!!
