Got the order wrong and then proceeded to say she confirmed with me when I ONLY chicken & beef and any Hawaiian style restaurant. Only reason why I stopped at this location was because it was closer than the Ono Hawaiian near my home. NEVER AGAIN! Try spreading Up and Clearly. 1/2 ?, Find a Ono Hawaiian even if it is out of your way!!
Service could have been better.Food was super good. For the prices though I would expect to have a bigger portion of macaroni salad though.
Food was 30 minutes earlier then estimated pick up time. No extra teriyaki sauce in the bag. Overpriced for what you get. Will not be returning.

There was hair in my rice. Ive never had that happen before at any other establishment. This place was dirty and the staff was extremely rude about it, and couldn't care less.
I got the teriyaki chicken and spam musubi. Everything was sooo good and ready fast :)
Customer service was terrible, girl stared at me when I asked if they had any type of combo plate with different meats and she stared and shook her head no when I looked up and seen exactly what I was asking about lol, then gave me a blank stare , was 20 bucks for a small portion for the price, food was decent but just rip off portions for the price .
2nd time eating there, very good like last time. I got Katsu plate with rice, comes with broccoli but I cut it off plate. Also tried chicken musubi, very dry, that's why 4 stars.
I first spotted this place a few months ago but it was always after hours. Today I made it in early. I of course ordered the safest thing to try which was the teriyaki chicken plate. Because you know if they cant make teriyaki chicken they likely cant make anything else. But this place was overall quick in and out with a good meal. Definitely worth the money and the prices are reasonable.
