Very nice restaurant. The bar contained so may good things from salad to salmon with many different choices. The meats were scrumptious. Beef filet and top sirloin melted in your mouth. The bacon wrapped chicken was also excellent. It is a bit pricy.
Went to Galeto for dinner on Father’s Day and the place was packed. Our waiter was pleasant and accommodating. My husband loved the large selection of meats. We also enjoyed the “gourmet bar”, especially the lobster bisque. However, about 15 or 20 minutes into our meal, we started to notice that it was really getting warm in the dining room. Come to find out that location had been having air conditioning problems for more than three weeks! Now they had our phone number because we’d made a reservation. The appropriate and kind thing to do would have been to call us (and other patrons) advising of the A/C situation. Or they could have even said something when they seated us. But no, they’d rather take our money for our large dinner bill along with those of our fellow diners. Just dishonest.
This was my third visit. What stood out for me this time was all the meats seemed a bit overly greasy. The excellent flavors were there, but there was also a lot of fat and grease. The Lobster Bisque was excellent and meaty as always. The buffet of sides and salads was also excellent. The service staff were excellent. I still plan to return soon.
Great salad bar selection and premium cut meats. Food was delicious, service was great!
Bartenders ignored me for almost five minutes while they just avoided eye contact. Would have been longer if not for our table becoming available.
Selection could be better and price could be cheaper
The meat is very salty and I felt the experience was overpriced for what we got and the quality of the food.
