Haven't been to 5 guys in a while. I was on lunch break with a co-worker so I went with him. The food was what I expected from them, good and consistent with past experiences. Staff was friendly. Only grip was the price. Almost $20 for a cheeseburger meal. Granted it had 2 patties and alot of fries but this inflation is out of hand. Rather go to a diner or restaurant for those prices. That's just my opinion.
Food was hot, fresh, and tasty! The portion of Little sized French Fries were huge. The service was very quick, especially since everything is made to order. The prices are on the expensive side, paying roughly $20 for a small cheeseburger meal. I was unsure why they ask for a tip, when you have to pickup your order at the counter. Observed excellent communication with the grill team. All employees were very friendly and smiling, which is great! For value, I would recommend In and Out. They serve similar food at half the price. However, if price is not a concern, then definitely give this location a try!
Great quality burger, it’s expensive but worth the price. Great service from the members, always happy and friendly.
Great burger however the new pricing is ridiculous. Once I saw that, I just left, it’s not an eight - ten dollar burger. You need to rethink that price and model.
Did not appreciate this chain until I went Keto and started ordering burgers in a bowl or lettuce-wrapped and started judging my burgers by the taste of the meat patty. These are excellent. Fries (yeah not Keto) are still delicious. I also like their hotdogs, but just too pricey, especially since I gave up the buns. Two of us order one large order of fries (comes in a tall cup) and they throw in another small cup of fries to the top of that in the bag to overflow it. The two of us don't have room to finish that one large fry.
The burgers were hot, fresh, and fries were excellent. We were able to order and get our takeout fairly quickly, and haven't had a mishap.
I don't understand why this place is over hyped, expensive and popular. I came here for the first time and the burgers are expensive, small and tasteless. I don't know why Americans or at least some of them don't season their patties, it's gross. I hurts that i spend $10 in a freaking burguer that taste like nothing. I won't be coming back. Adding salt, garlic powder and a few other seasonings won't hurt seriously!!!
It was great. Little pricey but I was serviced by the best. Make sure you get plenty of napkins
Always great fries and burgers
Really good burgers and fries, just a little pricey...
