The good was delicious. Only issue was some random woman took it thinking it was hers and put her hands all over it and then they just gave it to us. I would have preferred that call out the names and not just give to whomever is standing there. But overall would still eat there again. The best place for subs hands down.
Turkey bacon ranch sandwich had no ranch or the added veggies I wanted. Employees are quite slow and seem to not really care.
Firehouse subs are doing a special with people's names. And to my surprise my initials came up for a free medium size sub. Trey was the gentleman that was helping me and he recommended the barbecue brisket sandwich. It was good the meat was very tender and the bread was very good. But the five stars came from Trey enthusiasm over the sandwich and his recommendation. Definitely a fun experience.
If you don't request the "speak to a manager" option when calling Firehouse you will be transferred to a central dispatch. The central dispatch does not have current regional menus and will not allow you to order the current advertised specialty subs or newest items. I placed my order after being told the item I wanted was not available, I called and requested the manager option and spoke to an employee at the store itself and they happily fixed my order. Thank you!
I tried firehouse subs for the first time and it was delicious! I especially love, love their turkey salad with banana peppers and jalapeños. The hot bbq brisket sub was absolutely delicious. Yumm. I could have their salads everyday. Employees were very nice and the restaurant was clean.
Wow! TREY ( SUPER AWESOME GUY< WHO DIDNT KNOW IT WAS HIS ABOVE AND BEYOND THAT MADE MINE AND MY DAUGHTERS DAY)@ this location on Monday eve (1/31). You LITERALLY saved this company from losing me as a customer whom previously felt not connected too. You deserve a raise and a position above the others ( in order to show HUMANITY). I had no cash on me that day to provide you you a tip, but I"ll B back to find you. (this CO should be thankful for you, my daughter and I used to eat there once a week)The quality and what Fire House Subs stands for 100% stands behind you. Thank you for working during these trying times and with the kindness you put forth. You did something so simple and IT MADE MY DAUGHTER and I SO happy ........ THAnk You.
So slow!!!!The food was good, but it took over 20 mins to get two subs. The staff was nice, but the store could use some cleaning. They do have some chairs and tables outside which is nice.I would recommend going down the road to the next location.
I had a coupon so I got the Hook n ladder sub and chili. Sub was good quality, but pricey at $9 for a medium. Chili was good. Had 3 staff working counter but i waited 20 mins from time i ordered to pick up (in store) and they were not busy.
Good sub but although Nick was nice when he took my order, he missed the jalpenos I asked for. Also I didn't get a pickle and had to ask for my drink cup.
Pretty decent sandwiches here. They offer GF bread which is an excellent move. The establishment is clean, the Sandwich Artists are polite and hey, I used a coupon and got a medium sun for free!!
