Do NOT order delivery from them. They sent me an entirely wrong sandwich through Doordash. "Can't refund, can't send a remake"... best they can offer is writing my name down for a walk in order. The whole reason I got delivery is because I can't walk in. Every sandwich from them is poorly assembled and wet anyway. Don't waste your money.
I’ve been going to this Firehouse Subs location for years and I always get great service and food. A bit more pricey than other sub shops, but the quality in the food makes up for it. This is my go to place when craving a good sub. I usually get the Italian, New York Steamer, or Smoked Brisket, all of which are great.
BEWARE! Soooooo dirty!!! The kids working here had no adult supervision- the kid making the sandwich was touching everything other than the food with his gloves and then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves. YUCK! Also, their friends that didn’t work there kept running behind the counter and hanging out by the food. Apparently at this location, a sanitary experience is not what you’ll get. Never returning.
The air was hot, nasty, humid, and thick. I could barely stay inside it was so gross
This Firehouse is a very weird experience. I would give it a C- at best. Nothing and no one is actively giving me bad service or a bad sandwich, but quiet a number of times there is more meat on one side then the other. A sauce will be missing, or sometimes there is to much. The cheese was the wrong kind, just little things like that. The main reason I return to this one is that the other local ones are by far way worse. So to get a Firehouse sub I have to roll the dice and hope things are made correctly. Everything is still edible, it's just that it's not as good as it could or should be.
The two girls and a young man working at 12:00 noon on Sunday March 6th the three of them were amazing very very busy but got everything out like they needed.
I ordered a sandwich through door dash it was supposed to have no meat on it which It showed on the ticket no meat, I opened the box and it had meat I called to ask what my options are for a new sandwich and got yelled at and hung up on! Terrible service all around! Worst fire house subs
Went in to pick up food today, and the order was wrong. When mentioning to them about the mistake they proceeded to get mad at me and act like it was my fault. Good thing there's plenty other sub shops to choose from.
Best smokehouse brisket sandwich ever. It was delicious!!!
Their subs are good quality and have a great taste. Pricey but worth it
