The team at the Ray and 101 location is awesome. They make my pizza just the way I like it and cook it nice and crispy for me. I really appreciate it! Thank you for hiring such an awesome team.
There was only 2 ppl working. Service was extremely slow and store was incredibly dirty. There was a few pepperonis on the floor that had been trampled on. All tables were filthy and there was a drink spilled on a table that made its way to the floor. It appeared that someone began to clean up the spill, however stopped abruptly because there sat the towel at the beginning of the spill. Also the food items were dry and old looking, not to mention the bugs flying around it as well.
I’ve never gotten a delivery for this place and not have to cancel it because the staff hasnt paid attention to the online order receipts when they print out, or they decide to close 20-30 min earlier than stated on their website and google maps. Staff is far from remotely good, constantly get attitude from the cashier. Trash location, replace your cashier, please figure out how to actually complete an order before or shortly after delivery drivers get there. For the very few orders I’ve been able to complete for this location, I’ve had to wait over 25-30 min each time. Simply put, you will not get good service here and I’m sure the food quality reflects the lack of care the staff has.
We went for a quick dinner last night and was so disappointed. There were 3 patrons in the restaurant and at least 4 employees working. We stood in line for at least 15 minutes with not 1 employee acknowledging us. We looked at each other and said lets go. I know everyone is short staffed, but you do not run a business like this. We will not be back which is a shame because I spent hundreds of dollars on gifts cards at Christmas time for employees.
I used to love this place. Great food and service. Just finished eating here. The two guys who were working this location didn't even give eye contact while taking my order. I asked if he heard me when I said "please, no onions" and he completely ignored me. No thank you, nothing. The entire place is filthy. Lemonade has an inch left which looks dirty. No silverware to use. I was so disappointed. If I could rate a zero, I would. Never going back. Such a shame. 4 years ago, this place was wonderful.
Although I like the pizza, I've now had multiple issues with delivery orders. Last time is was 20 minutes late and they said they didn't offer what we ordered eventhough it is still on their website, this time it was 20 minutes late and they only delivered 2 out of 3 of the pizzas on our order. When I called Slice to ask for assistance, they said the company they used for delivery wasn't able to deliver the missing pizza from our order and gave us our money back. Don't think I'll order here again.
Food is high quality and quick. Restaurant always clean. I live their meaty Italian pizza
This place is pretty good. The staff are all super friendly, the gluten free crust was delicious, and all the toppings were tasty. I like the plethora of outdoor seating. The prices are very reasonable too.
Great food and great prices.I love the pesto chicken and barbecue chicken.It’s always great to have total control over what you get.There are even gluten free and dairy free options.A comfortable, clean location.For such a large staff in store, they are still a little slow. Maybe that will get better.
