Chili Colorado is my favorite. I judge a restaurant on not just my dish but their chips and rice. I know it's going to be delicious when it's made authentically. There is a difference. My favorite Mexican Restaurant since I've been in AZ.
Amazing food and awesome service portions were huge
You ever want to eat something but not sure what it is? This is what happened here and glad it did. The margaritas were far from the best in town but we're pretty par with the service. Food was decent but the birthday song was five star which led to the overall rating. See us going back again.
Friendly folks. Seated immediately on the side patio, with a smile. Served asap, beverages and food. Food excellent.
Very good food. Great service staff... Festive decor... Margaritas...
Food was good in feeling great portions
Came in at the end of lunch. People starting to clear out. Didn’t seem to have enough people on staff(which I understand is a huge problem in the industry) We were sat after a few mins and was asked what we wanted to drink before we sat down. No problem yet. We were given the lunch menus which was just an insert with the basics. I guess I should add I haven’t been here before so I wasn’t sure if this was the normal procedure. After a little bit the service returned to ask what we wanted and I asked if they had a full menu or only did this(lunch insert) at this time. She said, “ oh, you want a full menu?” I got it but I also got what I figured yo be a manager for a server now. We ordered our food and then it never came out. After about 20 mins our server let us know it was almost ready. After another 15 mins, I asked our server for the bill. He looked at my table and asked, but don’t you want your food? I replied that after this long I didn’t want anymore. He proceeded to go to the kitchen and a few mins later came out with the food. My plate was wrong. He tried to tell me that the kitchen assured him it was right, so I showed the menu. Still tried to say that is what I got even after I showed him that isn’t what the menu said. He took care of it when I tried to pay for 2 Pepsi’s, my wife’s plate, and the salsa. I appreciated that.Just wanted to try something new, probably not going to give it a second chance though. Sorry
I used to love this restaurant until this past Wednesday. I was there for lunch celebrating a friend’s birthday. I as there for a couple hours on the patio when my stomach started hurting around 3:30. Went home and it got worse through the night. I ended up in the ER with food poisoning and was in the ER until 5:00 am. It was the most painful and horrific thing I’ve experienced. My husband called to complain and spoke to the assistant manager. He was rude and did not care at all. Truly disgusting. My husband was given the number for their headquarters and it was as the wrong number. We’re filing a complaint with the health department and all over social media. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant.BEWARE…go somewhere else.
The food was great, service was great, except that, with not many tables in use, they sat a table directly behind us. This wouldn't be a problem if we weren't large and they weren't large. We had to pull the table away from them and it was all embarrassing.
One of the meals at our table did not bring what it said was in the menu and we had to argue to get beans and guacamole and pico and sour cream and wait on a new plate. The prices were really high for Mexican food and then when we got the bill a forced high tip was put on automatically and we were not satisfied with the service so not happy about that. Probably will never go there again as the food quality wasn’t reflective of the high prices and they need to change some of the food on the menu if what you order isn’t really what you are going to get. The waiter just said that’s not what you get even though the menu states it clearly! Not impressed!
