Fast service, good testy food! Clean place.
Staff is nice, but the food isn't worth the price. Shakes were bomb, though.
Very slow service and someone needs to teach them about restaurant food prep. We were the 4th people in line to order and it took 15-20 minutes just to order. 28 minutes later my food came out. The burger was good but fries were dry and cold….probably because of the almost half hour wait. Someone needs to teach them about food prep and speed it up a bit.
They really dropped the ball 2day. Ppls orders were all messed up and everyone kept having to return and replace their meal. It took 45 mins to get food and wasn't many ppl
If I could spare you the time to go to the pizza place next door, I would…. I stood there for 25-30 mins while waiting For ONE, JUST ONE ORDER OF FRIES. Because they couldn’t even communicate my fries were just sitting there, I didn’t even bother to complain about it because the guy didn’t even care or admit to say he didn’t say anything and the girl just handed me it like the bag wasn’t sitting there for 20 mins ?? This is not a Fatburger chain at all, got the service of McDonald’s and that’s being generous
Good tasting burger plus the chili cheese fries were great. Bun broke up a bit during the meal but overall good for.
You can never go wrong here and they’re open late it will hit the spot!
Best burgers hands down!! To me the taste like a good home burger. I wish they had one where I live in Texas because I will be going every other day. If you haven't had it please go try it because you will not be disappointed.
The customer service is so horrible it's almost as if I was on an episode of Punk'd and I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out of the back and say.... ha!! Got you! just kidding!! ....but nope. ? no Ashton... just deplorable customer service and just an average, at best, burger and fries.. back home in the Bay area, CA, where I'm from, they do it right.. standards scruples and customer consideration.Get your game up Phoenix Fatburger. That's chicken crispy sandwich wasn't worth 18 dollars the patty was small and alot of lettuce and tomatoes was was on the sandwich
