I didn’t know how good this place was going to be so I didn’t take a before pic… my bad. What’s here is the leftovers because we “ almost” ate it all. This place is in an old taco bell but inside is the friendliest older woman who took our order and answered the million questions we had since it was our first time. This family owned restaurant is so good and I’ve never had reason to say that about a Mexican restaurant outside of south Phoenix. The green chili fry bread was the BOMBDIGGITY and the strips are a must try, everyone orders them. People came in and kept this place packed the entire time we were here and for good reason. There are fancy new places close by but stop here and you will NOT regret it. We’ll be back!

I'm going to be thinking about that green chili burrito for a long time. Classic crunchy shredded beef taco, with meat, cheese and lettuce. The hot sause was flavorful but not overpowering and they come in little baggies like they are sling the good stuff on the streets! Grab a burrito don't get fancy and you will like it!
This was really good. Had the Indian fry bread with red beef and a bean and cheese burrito. The fry bread was a full meal. Everything was really good. Service was great.
Love the flavors of the shredded beef tacos. The beans have a little kick to them with some chunky bits i really liked them. Their rice had a fluffy texture to it and the grains were on the small side. It's definitely a great place to have lunch!
Try the weekly Chimichanga special two chimis with a medium drink for $7!
The Machaka tacos are amazing, the meat is super tender, you can taste the flavor packed broth it was cooked in. The beans have a great texture, and are fresh. No wonder this restaurant is a staple in the city.
First time! Soo good! The rice and beans soo yummy! I got potato tacos my fave!! They were awesome! Their chili sauce is yummy!
Always good food and friendly staff. Definitely takes awhile to get your order, so highly recommend either calling ahead, or planning on the wait. It is worth it though! Sad they are not getting the fish tacos back, but the bean and cheese cones, as well as the strips and cheese are great!Great value and wonderful service. They make you feel like family every time!
Ordered their asada burrito and it was just ok.Salsa was watered down.Customer service was good and quick.
