Ordered the 4 piece meal. The chicken was extremely overooked, it was dry and crunchy. In addition, the pieces were so tiny, that the salsa cups were bigger. We barely got 4oz of chicken in 3 pieces, we paid for 4 but got only 3 pieces.Will never go back and am canceling my account.
Our last visit was disappointing. When we've gotten takeout in the past, the quality of the chicken was outstanding, but this time it was overcooked & the skin was tough. The beans, rice, & corn tortillas were awesome but we don't go for the sides.
Do not order the tacos. I have never seen tacos that are so oily. Had to return them. Would have given 1 star but the manager Roberto was very kind. ;)
Bought a couple tacos. Couldn't eat them because they were disgusting. Chicken was dry, way over cooked, only topping was cilantro and the corn tortillas weren't to be desired either. Gave them to a homeless man and watched him throw them to the birds. Absolutely horrible food. Customer service was rude and didn't care at all about anything they were doing. Never again.
I’ve eaten at this location a lot and never had a issue but today our nachos were cold, chewy, and awful. Not ok. I also sat in curbside pickup for 12 minutes after the notification that the order was on the way out. Please don’t waste your money at this location. Dog food would have probably taste better.
I was depending on a catering order with this location this weekend. Day of my order is canceled. When I called they said they had to close the store and they had other "issues". As advanced as we all are now it frustrates me that online ordering is a gamble. The manager didn't attempt to try and think of options or solution. I called one of their other stores and asked if they could rush a catering order. This other store's manager went above and beyond and put my order together quickly, was empathetic and you could tell she was a great leader with a great crew. I will review that location with 5 stars (Gilbert and Germann).Update response: I already did. Sent a contact request and also entered in your feedback section. I'll be waiting for a response there as well.
Love the ALL the good quick, fresh $5.oo meals!! And includes a drink!! You can pick from 3 street tacos, a burrito, a bowl or nachos!! How can you go wrong!! I've tried them all!! And they're all good!! The 3 ? is my fave!! If you haven't tried, go now!! ?????????? ?
Good food at a great price, but the customer service is really rough! They were unorganized and probably weren’t following their training. All orders had an order number, but instead of calling that, they called customer names, or descriptions of meals. It took forever to get our food. They gave my burrito to someone else, who brought it back. They then turned and handed it to me. (I just hoped they hadn’t opened it or tasted it.) Overall, it was like a bad SNL skit.
Food was okay. The salads were gross (no dressing provided), the chicken was greasy, but the churros were delicious! The service was odd...the staff seemed confused. The line took a long time to move; and there were only 3 poeple ahead of us!
It's not like I remember it from the 80s and 90s. I remember it being juicy and the portions being like a real chicken. Now it seems dry and the pieces of chicken are so small now. Idk is it just me or am I right? I still get the cravings for it once in awhile. Seems like some locations are better then others too.
