What can you say about Dunkin. You know what you are going to get. Do they have the absolute best donuts and coffee...nahBut it is good and you can find them everywhere. I'm a fan of the wake up wraps. You can order through their app.This is a newer location and also has a Baskin Robbins attached. My go to location. No reason to avoid this location
I ordered a grilled cheese with pesto and tomato, it is a tomato and pesto sandwich as they didn’t grill it.
I ordered a sweet peppered bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Instead, I was given an egg, regular bacon and croissant (no cheese). I got 3 orders of hashbrowns, which were burnt, and had a distinct taste of plastic. These were discarded as they were inedible. Trash franchise!
This place was awesome when they opened. Now you are very lucky to get good service 33% of the time. They have a hard time with employees the lobby has been closed for over a month. Typically very long waits ( no staff). They even say that on a sign when you order. I’ve actually been denied service in the drive through. They said “sorry we can’t take your order right now we are going through some stuff.” That has never happened to me before so I basically said “OK” and left. I’ve kinda stopped going here which sucks because it was awesome ( I originally gave them 5 stars). So beware.
I've always liked this location but this day was a little different. Just stopped here on Easter by happenstance and whoever the young fella was working drive-thru on 4/17/22 helped me out a lot. He gave me a small cup of tap water and some napkins to clean my son's hands after my son's hands were super sticky from an old fruit snack he found in the car. LOL. Might not seem Earth-shattering but that kind of thing sets people apart from others.
Used to come here everyday for coffee, after my last experience NoThank You! Rudest employee working Velvet is her name. Smart mouther attitude from the start. Asked for ice cream, apparently the entire ice cream machine is down? What is this, McDonald's? You just scoop it, but I guess it was too much work for her to do. Liar, lazy, and attitudeThank Velvet for business lost!!
horrible customer service, the never put almond milk when I ask and I have an allergy and they let you sit at the box if they don't feel like working

one of the worst looking and tasting donuts - the Boston crème looked like instead of it being filled with crème it was sucked out and looked like a bloated prune - stale tasting - same with glaze donut - the glaze was flaky which tells me it ‘s been out a minute or 2 or 3 - sucks - next time I’ll just go to Bosa - not trying to snitch but maybe instead of hanging in back and smoking just work on improving donut quality
