this dunkin USED to be terrible, but recently I've noticed some great changes in my drinks and the service I recieve. my drinks are delicious and the service is great too. something changed within the management or something, but whatever it is, it's great! this is my fave go to now.
They are so rude at this location. No one greets you at the window and everyone has an attitude like no one wants to work there. I asked for very light ice in my refresher and when I pulled up to the window it was packed with ice. I asked them to remake it and the girl looked with a snarky face and the guy was laughing. They remade it with packed ice the 2nd time as well. Don’t spend your money here they definitely don’t appreciate customers.
Came inside to order at 9:00 am today. The shop was so dirty. The floors we’re dirty and stained as well as the countertops. One of the employees was carrying her 2 year old around the store and in the back. She was wearing slippers with bare feet. The fellow that served us was very pleasant but, he was handling the cash and then was getting donuts and making the drinks without washing his hands. The garbage can was overflowing too. It seemed that the store was not cleaned at night from the day before. I won’t be coming back here.
CustService was very poor. I tried to use my app to purchase a cold brew and it wasn't ringing up at advertised 3.00 price. The agent would not budge on the price a d took the coffee back and slammed the to go window in my face. Very rude. I'm afraid to go back ?
Breakfast croissants are tasty, but overpriced. I don't visit DD very often because of the costs.
Placed an order and went to pick up in the drive thru. First issue was they forgot the coffee roll I ordered. I also ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and was given an iced coffee with whipped cream. I told them that I ordered a Coolatta and was told that their machine was down so these were not available and they gave me the coffee as a substitute. This is a completely different item and they did not let me know the Coolatta was unavailable and asked if I would like a different item or a refund, they just decided to give me an iced coffee with no mention the item was not available. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I have attached a photo of the sandwich the gave me. I am honestly speechless. This was a terrible experience 0/10 would not recommend.
The hot macciato with an extra shot tasted like mud. I asked if the toasted white chocolate mocha could be made as a coffee instead of a hot chocolate. The server said, yes. I got a hot chocolate which was really tasty but, not what I wanted. The 3 stars are for the pleasant and quick service.
I am a Dunkin-lifer. But this location is so bad I’m considering ending the relationship. They are the most disorganized and slow location in the entire company. There is no leadership or training and the staff could care less about getting things done efficiently. Even using their on-the-go system is pointless there! Pathetic and deplorable!
Hazelnut coffee is disgusting. I went twice and it still didn’t taste good. Not sure what they are doing wrong. WON’T be coming back.
Burnt breakfast roll ups, WAY too much sugar in my Lg tea even amount was specified, and no old fashioned donut(pumpkin was in bag). This was the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I've had. This location seems to fall short of the other locations I have visited.
