Went in on Sunday morning at 11 am for a dozen donuts. They barely had enough in the front display to fill a box. I was told they had more in the back and they had none. Hot coffee was lukewarm at best, had to wait almost 10 minutes for an iced coffee. Dunkin Donuts, it seems since you dropped donuts from your name you also stopped selling them in the store. What a waste of time. I will not return, Bosa always has a fully stocked selection. Should have gone there in the first place.

For the past month, the espresso machine has been out. They don’t bother to update any signage prior to the drive thru so be warned that you will wait 10 minutes to order and soon be disappointed.

Wanted an egg white power breakfast sandwich but not offered at this location. Tried the egg white omelet bite as an alternative. Shockingly small. Very over priced at $4.49. Made with egg whites, tomato bits, spinach bits and a four-cheese blend. Not very flavorful. Odd mouth feel - almost gritty. Won't be ordering that item again. My large coffee with cream was weak. Service was fast and my order was accurate. Staff was friendly. My three star rating is not a reflection on this location but is more directed at corporate as they create the products and set the price.

I am really impressed the weekend morning crew are great they made everything I ordered perfectly from my ice coffee to my avocado test. They gave me excellent service unlike other dunkin donut locations that are ran by kids that don’t know what they are doing. These guys definitely know what they are doing and make everything great

Plain bagel with cream cheese took more than 5 min wait .. no line or busy.. I guess it’s too hard to smear the cream cheese on both side of bagel. I was rushing to work, but I thought I give a review now that I’m not at work.

Got the food in a somewhat reasonable time, girl at the window was unprofessional, didn't even know if a single item we ordered was either ready or even being made. Dropped change on the ground, forgot to hand a straw (had to ask) and the order was wrong (correct info was even on the ticket but apparently the cooks didn't read) and the latte my girlfriend ordered didn't have the correct toppings. Had to go back just to wait in the drive thru again. Same person helps at window 2, asks if we're here for a mobile order. No, we just said we're here because we got a wrong order. If you were listening to your headset you would have known. At least someone heard that it had to be remade when we were at the speaker, because she then tells us, "oh, the wrong order, I think that's being remade or whatever."I used to work at Dunkin and I thought my franchisee was a disaster, but this place is not run with an ounce of care.

I try to give this store a chance and go back. I just don't understand why they can't read the ticket correctly and make the coffee right. Probably because employees have a airpods in Thier ear and don't care to listen .They started closing early at 7 or 6...came thru drive thru at 4 to order a bagel toasted. The employee who doesn't smile or even care to listen says no food can be made everything is closed down for the night.Another time I had a mobile order, and the manager basically told all the customers in the lobby of u have food you are not going to get it so ask for a refund. Wow how awesome is that employee! This store needs a new owner because I have tried to contact them about many incidents and no reply. Guess if the owner doesn't care the employees don't care.I will drive out of my way to a Dunkin...so should you..don't waste your time or money.

Never again. Eye rolling, poor attitudes. Dunkin’ Donuts is missing the Mark with customer service across the board, there are too many delicious coffee shops across the valley to waste your your time on this location. And I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I've been to many Dunkin Donuts in 22 different states and this Dunkin wins the reward of the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They had maybe 10 donuts on the shelf that turned out to be stale. Also, the staff here is extremely unprofessional and was rude during the whole transaction.

Brad at the drive thru window was so unpleasant and had attitude from the moment I said hi. He absolutely hates his job and made me feel like an inconvenience for wanting a donut for my daughter.... won’t be coming back
