I was the only guy in the drive though and they still managed to mess up my order.They didn’t give me my 3 orders of hash browns.They tried giving me a orange juice that I didn’t order.There donuts was all thrown in a bag and very hard and stale.This place is such a disappointment to Dunkin’ Donuts.Tried to call them and they won’t even answer.This location deserves to be shut down.And wish I can take my 1 star back!!
My favorite donut place has a giant sink hole in the parking lot! It’s been like that for over a year and they still haven’t fixed it! I find that really odd. The dine-in is completely closed up and the door is always locked so the only option is drive thru and it’s so hard to order donuts for kids when they can’t see them! Most of the time they are out of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate donuts my kids want so I drive away empty handed. I will start going to the Gilbert one on Chandler Hts and Higley, they seem bigger and probably have more options.
Their lobby is closed due to short staffing, so if you're not in a car, you can not give them your business. Good thing Starbucks is within walking distance.
On 3 occasions have been stuck in drive thru for over 25 minutes. One morning they only had 1 employee. Not sure why they stayed open. Felt bad for the worker. I go to a different location now.
This Duncan's improved with their service, although when they don't have what you ordered through the mobile app, it gets difficult.
They are unorganized and slower than my expectations. They handed me a bag and left, but I realized I didn’t have my drink yet so I waited. I asked them to scan my loyalty app but they said it was too late (no big deal, my fault). While waiting I checked the bag. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and a croissant, but just had the 2 sandwiches in the bag. A different person came and handed my my drink and said to have a good day, but I didn’t receive my croissant. A third person then walked up and grabbed my croissant off the counter and handed it to me.Overall, I waited 15 minutes and was the only person in line. The drive thru was hard to access from the south entrance because of parking lot construction. I wasn’t even sure they were open. They don’t have their deals anymore (I know, inflation). Sadly this just made me realize that it’s not worth stopping at this one anymore.
Came thru the drive thru this morning and got next level customer service. Appreciate it Darion ??
Been to Dunkin Donuts today 12/26/2021, awful experience. I asked for Egg and Cheese on a plain bagel and when I came home to eat, found they added Bacon to my sandwich. And when I brought ot back no remorse, no sorry for messing my order.The donuts taste awful, so disappointed in Dunkin DonutsSee pictures of my order.
Do not order hot tea unless you want to strain all the leaves out when you get home and that's if you don't get a stomach ache 1st before you realize it's full of leaves.
Frozen donuts made in a central warehouse then delivered to their locations throughout the Valley of the Sun. Ask yourself this, where is the kitchen to make all those donuts in their stores, on a daily basis? There isn't one. They have a microwave for most of their egg items. That's about it. They've cut corners and the quality of product shows! No one is running on Dunkin' any longer.
