Quick service, disappointing couldn't get donuts at 11:30 am however, I was okay with that. Got a breakfast sandwich. Very tasty.
A little disappointed that Dunkin no longer carries hazelnut syrup for my coffee. Most times they can’t get the heating of food properly, but they always greet me with a smile and have really good customer service at this location.
This the worst location. They never have French Crullers. I was excited it was within walking distance, guess I'm still driving to pick up.
Wondering why my uber eats order of 2 tacos two hashbrowns and 2 coffees cant be prepared while waiting in the drive thru just like the order that was placed after mine for 4 dozen donuts was rushed and served first

Worst service. First time I ordered and they have either gave me the entire wrong order and said maybe they didn’t hear me right. Second time I order they give me my bag and tell me the order is all in there. Yet, once getting half way to my kids school they forgot an entire order. I call and get asked if I am going to be coming back anytime soon or if I can turn around…. This is ridiculous customer service. I can’t just turn around or come back at some point. Kids have school and I have a job to be at. Hence the breakfast through the drive they, I was running late and thought it would a good idea to go there. Never again.
Phenomenal service overall ? and the place was clean, Jeannette was at the register ready, happy, so professional, and did her part well, the kitchen team had my coffee ☕ perfectly made, order was immediately ready, I was out the door un less than 10 minutes, and when I took my first sip, the coffee tasted phenomenal just like I liked it. Thank you everyone ? at this location.

Very clean dining room, and wonderfully decorated for the Holidays! The service was top notch! And the donuts were excellent as they always are! Me and my two little girls enjoyed our visit! We will gladly drive the extra couple miles to come to this location in the future! (the one closer to our house is terrible)
Ordered 5 drinks through mobile order, pick up at drive thru. Was informed by the barista I was over there drive thru drink order limit. If I need to order 5 drinks I have to walk in because "5 drinks is too stressful on the crew". Inappropriate way to handle the situation. Crew needs new training. I never knew there was a drive thru drink order. If the order is too large I always was told to just park in a spot and the wait would be longer, which is fine. Need signs if there is a new drive thru drink limit.
