Long wait but early morning can be like that. They had lots of people working the drive thru and one on the counter, that was a little frustrating.
Location consistently doesn’t server their sandwich/hot items. It’s really inconvenient.
Just got home with my order to see chunks of white spoiled cream in my coffee. I ordered online and picked it up within 5 minutes, yet the ice was almost completely melted and it tastes off. I've ordered this exact drink hundreds of times at other locations. Who knows how long this was sitting out and maybe they gave me an old cancelled order? I called customer service, but I think I'll follow up with a call to the health department. Someone's going to get sick from this!
The employees aren’t friendly at this location. I ordered at the drive thru. The male employee at the window never said anything to me. Just stuck his hand out for my payment. Handed my coffee and card back to me. Very strange behavior.
The AM shift manager is one of the worst managers I've ever come across in any profession. If this location is busy with drive-thru customers the managers has often either closed the front doors for walk-in orders or she will tell customers they are not making breakfast sandwiches for walk-ins. This is happened several times and I'm tired of it, I will never go to Dunkin' Donuts again!
This location continues to go downhill. I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches (same thing). One had a normal amount of bacon and the other had 2 tiny pieces. The donut I ordered was ripped apart by the tongs. The quality of the donuts has gone downhill too. There are many other better places to get a donut. I just chose Dunkin because I had a gift card. Well when it's empty, it will be time to pick another place. I'll have to use up my gift card on coffee. The coffee was good.
Pleasantly surprised. I don't frequent Dunkin much because I find it not fresh because most aren't made at there locations. But what I ordered was fresh, my client was very happy with the selection.Prices are Fair. Restaurant was clean and the staff were very upbeat and nice. Thank you.
It is very unfortunate how unprofessional the emplyees are at this location. When I pulled in to their drive through to order my coffee and two toast. I paid and got my coffee right away, but as always? their toasts are always a waitting issue. They told me to go park up front. I waited 10 minutes and they lady who took my order finally came outside to apologized for having me waitting. Then she told me that she had forgotten that they had turned their ovens off for clean up already. Dont know why if the store closes @ 7PM and I ordered and paid my items @ 5:40PM. She then asked if I could wait an extra 7 minutes. Those 7 minutes turned into 18 extra minutes. I mean come on guys. How is it that i waisted almost 30 minutes to get my drive through order? Wont be going back to this location. I do not recommend it!!!
Tried to walk in to get a coffee to warm up before work and even the business hours state they are open they wouldn’t open the doors. And only 1 of the 3 employees were wearing mask so I don’t see the point of not letting people in.
Kicked us out early for mopping. They could easily mop around us and finish once we left. They asked us to leave at 6:30. I chose them since their hours state 7 pm for closing.
