I ordered about 11:15, 11:20. The website informed me that "Avery" (?) had begun preparing my meal at 11:24. After a half an hour of refreshing the webpage, I was informed at 12:05 that my order had been canceled. AWESOME GUYS, couldn't have canceled earlier if you couldn't handle it, and given me time to get food from somewhere else, or maybe not reported that my order was already being prepared if in fact it was never going to be made?I get that sometimes folks get busy but it was really inconsiderate. Now, in my part of town, almost everything is closed, so I'll be eating dry cereal after work instead of warm food and protein.
Ordered a pizza online Saturday night, an hour before they close. The tracker showed my order wasn’t being made and it never showed up. I tried calling the store 3 times and never got an answer. I got charged for the order and never received it or got a call.
Don’t make the mistake I did and order anything from this place. I’m 49 years old and never had a pizza place deliver me an incorrect pizza. 48 minutes later I get the correct pizza. Lesson learned. Guess I need to start reading reviews before ordering pizza. Sad. This place needs to go out of business. Whoever the owner is, can’t be good. Just look at all the 1 ⭐️ reviews.
Edit: the guy showed up but it was just his app that messed him up, I think dominos should look into fixing that problem on the app, but the guy who delivered it was super nice and I will still for sure go to dominos because i actually do like their pizza.... I ordered a pizza and dessert and was watching the progress online. Then all of a sudden it says that my order was delivered. I have a security camera so I would of seen if they walked up. Also I told in the directions to hand it to me plus there was no knock at the door. So I know they did not show up. This is the second time this has happened to me from two different dominos. I will order and then they will not deliver and they will not answer the phone when I call to ask what is going on. I'm sure they have caller ID and they will not pick up the phone if it is the phone number with the order that they didnt deliver on. I will never do dominos ever again!
Absolutely horrible. Order online. For delivery. Says delivered. Check door no food or drinks. Call store all calls ignored. Call 2 days later and am told by staff that ye we are understaffed. We can't verify you didn't get your food. Maybe try calling back in 2 weeks when the manager is back. Seriously that is disgusting
Tried to call and track an order because someone’s order was delivered to my apartment and they never answered after 30 mins. I could talk to someone at the DMV faster. This location SUCKS.
Very rude stuff , they put me on hold for 45 minutes without answering I went myself to order and complained that I have been on hold for 45 minutes, and the ironic thing that the phone was ringing all time , they said that they don’t have a staff , and if I don’t like it I shall leave , I told them that I want to talk to the manager , they said them at we are both managers, and if u don’t like it you will leave , I was like no , u have to serve me , they ended up calling the police . What a horrible place , dominos becomes a horrible place I used to be a loyalCustomer but not anymore, I will never use their service again
Domino’s has really improved in recent years. This location is fast and friendly. I appreciate the great service. Ordering on the app is effortless. The buffalo chicken pizza is good and they even have gluten free options. The little extra touches, like paper plates and napkins, are a nice idea. The prices are fair. I will be back.
This location is great! The customer service is phenomenal. They give you lots of napkins and plates. I had a Gluten free pizza and it was delicious (only comes in small). Prepared super quickly.
First time in at least 15yrs. I notice lots of commercials on tv that are all about gimmicks but nothing about the quality of their food. Well I was starving once again and tried calling. If you dont mind being on hold for atleast 10mins? This is for you. Ordered online ,Paid $24 for Brooklyn Style. I still do not know what that means. It was small was not crispy. Did not have extra cheese . Was like a reheated pizza.. Lil Ceasars is probably better but I wont be doing any taste tests there. It was awful. Stomach still hurts. Not sure how they stay in business. . WAAAY over priced. Never again 10Yucks
