Everytime my pizza is undercooked. They always blame being understaffed. Have tried ordering delivery 3+ times and they cancelled my order more then one time saying they don’t have staff or they were to busy and I could finish it. I’ve been promised credits on my account and have never got them. Even the manager said “there’s nothing we can do with the staff we have”… one time I sat at their door at 7pm lookin through the door and knocking on it repulsively becuse they closed 4 hours before they were supposed to. They said they got to busy and couldn’t keep up. This was a Monday night during football too…?

I absolutely love this Dominos.. I order online for value and my order is always correct. The staff is always friendly when I go pick up my order. A true testament to the management team doing a good job. I'm a customer for as long I'm near this Domino's.

Very fast and efficient. Food is in great condition and tastes delicious. I appreciate the curbside service they provide as well.

The place is scheduled to open at 10am. Placing an order for 10.30am. Everything is confirmed. Going to pick up the pizza - and no one is inside. Door is locked. Lights are out. Eventually someone shows up after 10.30am, tells me they open at noon today and too bad about my order, there’s nothing he could do. I get it that things happen last minute, but they couldn’t care less that they screwed up. Drove across the street to QuickTrip who quickly baked up the needed pizzas and I was on my way. I’ll be choosing to get my pizza elsewhere but even if you’re still a Domino’s fan, I strongly suggest avoiding this location.

Continuous ongoing issues. No one answers phone. Tracker shows that the quality check was done at 3:41pm and it is now 4:51pm. I don’t want a pizza that’s been sitting for over an hour. I just want to call and get my money reimbursed. But they don’t even answer the phone. So I’m just sitting here on hold for 15 min now. Last time it took them over an hour to call me and tell me that they don’t have drivers. But I was on the phone trying to get a hold of them to cancel as well. You guys need to fix some major issues. Pizza is life. I mean at least answer your phone and say you’re not staffed, something.

Placed an order for deliver at 3:44pm on a Sunday. Well outside of peak ordering hours. On the web tracker, it said the quality check on the pizza was made at 4:04pm. 5:09 was when I finally received a text stating that the driver was "on their way." Based on the tracker I saw the driver made 1 definite stop and a possible 2nd stop before getting to me. That part is understandable. But I still didn't get my order until after 5:30. I live a total of 7 mins away from this store. I would say the next time I'll just do carryout instead. But I have no intentions of their being a next time.

Worst experience ever. Order online, go pick up just to find out they cancelled my order. Decided to close at 7pm on a Thursday night. Apparently short staffed. After meeting the managers I can see why. They are not problem solvers, they are problem creators. Shut down this location and go help at others so there is no confusion. Simple.

My roomate had put in an order at 6:27pm for a large pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Our order had not been delivered to us until 9:00pm. When we called we were not expecting the response we got. Angie is the kindest soul we have ever spoken to in the food industry. She immediately assured us of a refund without any hesitation although we did appreciate the refund we received but we are even more appreciative of the customer service she gave us. Truly such a genuine and kind soul, you are doing amazing Angie, thank you!

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered a pizza two hours ago- tracker moved to "Quality Check" an hour ago but it has not gone out for delivery. Because it hasn't gone for delivery I can't report an issue- the website just says to call the store. If you call the store it just rings forever and is never picked up. I have to file a chargeback now.

For all the bad reviews out there, this place is running on a skeleton staff. Almost everybody here has left (I gathered this from talking with an employee) and so I can see why all the reviews are about service. Just keep in mind the next time you order here for your pizza to be delayed or something unexpected to pop up. Honestly you’re better off ordering from somewhere else because you will probably be helping them. Be patient y’all.
