This is our 2nd try…. the first time we didn’t receive the right things… this time We placed an order online so nothing could go missing or added. We show up they couldn’t even find it. So waited 30-40 minutes. Then half the sides we ordered they ran out..they had like 7 sides and out of half of them. they were kind enough to give us a extra side of brisket. But the burnt tip pork was way beyond edible and the corn bread was so dry with large hard corn kernels in it. The combo of bad service and unsatisfactory food is not worth the price.
Place is disgusting. Instead of sitting on your hineys. Clean up! Counter guy got attitude when we asked about the menu. Well so did I with no words just bye! Had way better food at Rudy's BBQ. You all could learn from these guys about customer services and above all, running an establishment. Shut the place down.
Will not be back! Waited 15 minutes in my car after ordering curbside. 2 workers inside doing nothing with no customers. One worker clearly seen my vehicle waiting in the pickup area and didn't bother to bring out my order.I finally got off to get my order that was just sitting there getting cold. The ONLY order waiting! Meat was dry sides where gross. Do you're self a favor skip this place completely!
By Brisket was pink. YUCK! Smoked Brisket Pink!!!! My Pulled Pork was dry. My Pork Rib was moist, but had absolutely no flavor. I had MUCH MUCH better BBQ from Taiwan. This place is Expensive Dog food at best. I wish I took a picture before I tossed it in the trash (Sorry). I ordered from Grubhub, and Grubhub was awesome. They issued me a full refund (I didn't ask for it, I just asked them to leave a review on their website so NOBY will order this bad food). Please Dicky's either do better, or close. This is not good food. This is the worse review I ever posted!!!!
Maybe one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Placed an order online for delivery following the order tracker. It was received, verified and being packed. I ordered through the site directly. 1 hour later door dash messages me the order has been canceled. I call the restaurant and am told one hour after placing the order they are out of food after the order tracker said it was made. I ask for a refund and im hung up on. I call back ask for a manager, am hung up on again. I drive to the restaurant end up walking out after 5 minutes of the employee not acknowledging anyone in line. Will call tomorrow and hope for a refund.
I ordered curbside put in my vehicle info showed up on time and the tracker said still packing my food and there was no customers there but no big deal I waited for 15+ min and I finally just went in and was told “Tell me you’re here to pick up for Kelly” I said yes and asked why the tracker didn’t even say my food was ready or what was the point of using curbside not with an attitude just curious and was told “you’re good” he told me my food was just finished but I saw them all inside hanging out cleaning and whatever and my food was just sitting there and cold, there was no dressing or croutons for my Caesar salad, two entrees were supposed to have onion and pickles and there were none I’m just over all mad at the whole experience and what a waste of 60 some dollars…and I tipped for what??? I will never go back.
I downloaded the app to receive coupons. Only to show up to this location, clicked on the coupon for a free BBQ sandwich only for the women behind the counter to tell us with such attitude that they doesn't expect those there. Not only did we have to wait 10mins for them to actually help us because they were correcting an order where they forgot items. But once the coupons is clicked you have 30 mins to use the coupon. By the time she told us they don't expect the coupon there we had only 15 mins to try and find a close dickeys....needless to say we weren't able to. Just all around bad customer service.
Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner! We ate here two days in a row and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and even accommodated special requests: chopped up my chicken, toasted the bun etc. The food was tasty and there were three kinds of BBQ sauce we could choose from. They cater and deliver in addition to the dine in experience. Definitely recommend this place.
i always come here to get my sandwiches but these new workers here are amazing ! I kind of like there vibe better than the old employees. They were so kind and made the food so delicious . I come here once a week for my special meal and now i look forward to coming more often loved it and i will be returning !
I went in to order 6 3-meat plates for the crews and myself. They were little upset and complain to me, the customer, that I have to call in to place the order in advance... I took all their meat.!!! So I told them just mix and match any three. That make them a little more happier. The meat that they picked some were very dry.... Most of my guys doesn't like it. They prefer the Tom's BBQ more.
