I live right by this location, this is by far the worst deal taco I’ve ever been to.(not sure if it’s a different franchise?) always understaffed, always have to pull around for your food, food is sloppily made and hardly even edible. Employees eating in the back and having children running behind the counter. I go out of my way to drive to the one on AZ ave and pecos. It’s like high schoolers are running this place.
Sat in the drive through for over 45 minutes before finally getting to the window when there were only 3 cars in front of me. It seemed like they were only taking 1 order at a time from ordering the food to that 1 car leaving with their food before another order was even taken. Absolutely ridiculous.
Took three of our grandsons there who are kind of picky eaters. They ordered and ate everything the had with no complaints or problems.
Ordered through the drive through and received a burrito that was spilling out and wasn’t even wrapped or folded. My husband went in to get a new one and they had the same person who messed it up remake it and they messed it up again. This time it wasn’t even the right burrito. Employees clearly don’t pay attention.
This is an extremely convenient location. The food is good and they have specials and coupons all the time. The chicken soft tacos are just right. The customer service is hit or miss. Some are extremely helpful and courteous. Others act put out when they take your order. One employee is especially condescending while talking to customers. That said, it is worth the visit for reasonable, fresh, and tasty food.
This Del Taco is one of the worst locations. It's a game of Russian roulette if your item with cheese is going to be made with rancid expired cheese or not. I had experienced three counts of expired cheese in my food a year ago and got sick of it and stopped going but decided to give them another try. However, today I received a rancid expired cheese quesadilla with my lunch. An item that I had just ordered last week and was perfectly fine. I did give them an extra star because I went in and they worked with me trying to make me another quesadilla (which tasted just as rancid) and then finally switching the item out entirely with a different menu item that had no cheese. They also replaced the entire combo. I just hope they can work on keeping track of the freshness of their ingredients as this is a franchisee/management issue. I probably will not be coming back to this location.
Fries here are awesome. Went through the drive thru. The person taking the order spoke clearly and was very efficient, polite, and friendly.
I have been to a few del taco locations prior to this one. However, I have NEVER experienced the vegan menu that way I did here! ? My family is whole food plant-based, but when I'm looking for a quick meal without meat, I expect a certain level of love in my food. LET ME TELL YOU please vegan eaters, if you need a bomb a** taco ? from taco bell, look no further. The taco was no subpar, and the customer service MATCHED the quality of the food! I wish I got the cashiers name because he made sure we got everything we wanted and that's a lot considering my families order can get a little ridiculous ?! He handle it like a professional. I can't stand a poor customer service provider as those are the face and front line of the company and ultimately will determine if I eat there again OR AT ALL! My doctors office is 6 min away from this location. So as long as I have to get my appointments, I will also be getting this taco! Even when we left one of the cooks wished a safe drive home! I love good customer service, it makes the food experience worth it. I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that he hadn't finished ringing up our order before the cooks were done making is. So much so, that our 6 year old daughter said "mom, I love their process!" DO NOT SLEEP ON THEM, JUST THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE AMAZING, NO LIE! We ate the food so fast that thre were no photos to post! Thank you taco bell for helping a very hungry family!
Stopped by here a bit after 9pm, the dining room was closed, but the drive-through was supposed to be open till 11pm.Was informed by staff the they had an inspection scheduled for the following morning, so they closed early - no drive-through in the 9pm hour!!!
This was the worst experience I have had in a drive thru fast food at 12:30AM in the morning. Im waiting in line for 40 mins to get my food 40 mins in the middle of the night with only two cars in front of me. There is no excuse for this maybe if the employees instead of yelling at each other you should be making the orders. I kid you not I sat there for 30 mins watching the employees throw their hands in the air yelling at each other. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE
