This was our first dining experience at DC Steakhouse. Food was very good, slightly a little more $ than I anticipated; however not dissatisfied or disappointed. Service was exceptional, even though there wasnât an empty seat in the whole place. Ordered a couple of appetizers, and obviously chose the wrong ones, as they were just OK. Everyoneâs steak and lamb chops were cooked perfectly as we ordered. We will be back.
Our server took a long time to come to the table for everything. We waited 25 mins for dessert to come to our table and another 20 mins for him to bring our check to the table. They also charge $10 for you to use a credit card but do not tell you until after you pay.

We enjoyed our dinner at DC Steakhouse. The food was wonderful and the service was great!! We will definitely be returning! They brought over a delicious lava cake and candle for our birthday celebration.
Poor experience. I ordered their special Tomahawk Ribeye for $108 to share, medium well. It arrived rare. I sent it back and it arrived Medium. What should have been a cut of meat you can carve up with a butter knife turned into a wrestling match with a steak knife. Additionally because we shared the steak as recommended we also had to share a small salad on a small plate. It was not split up. that could have been an easy fix. We ran out of forks by the time the entree arrived (appetizer and salad) and could have used a big people fork to hold down the meat we were trying to cut into. Unfortunately the wait staff was not much better. They treated our disappointment with indifference and offered a free desert. We declined, paid the $228 bill in full (after wine and an appetizer) and left. It is unfortunate. They could have turned our dining experience around with a visit from the chef or enthusiastic apologies. Instead they lost an opportunity to create a repeat customer.
Celebrated my 65th birthday at DC. They made day very special!
The quality and taste of the food was very good as was the service. There was a political event going on outside the door of the restaurant which was distracting and made it a little more difficult getting inside. Overall, I would highly recommend DC Steakhouse and will come back again. They also treated us to a nice dessert for my birthday.
The food was absolutely fabulous. The service was wonderful too. Celebrated our anniversary and it was very nice.
Overall a great experience. Was surprised on how noisy it was.
