Pretty nice place! It's always clean and the food is awesome. The ice cream (especially the blizzards) are a little overpriced, but you get what you pay for! Would and will come back again.
Cute location. Came after school when it was super busy and Jackson was polite, worked hard filling many roles, was fast on his feet and made sure orders were just right. We were very impressed with him, and the kitchen workers. Everything tasted great! Give Jackson a promotion.
Well I guess at this location they shut off their mobile orders and 3rd party delivery tablets as well 2 hours before close because they feel like it! Rude staff as well…constantly lied to about the mobile order service “not currently working.” It’s been months since it has worked. Maybe a call to DQ corporate would fix this?
The service was extremely slow, I went thought the drive threw and order 5 hamburgers. They asked me to pull up front which I did. I waited 15 min and then got out of my car and went inside to talk to some one. They finally gave me my food then. Also, once I got home ( I live less than 5 min away) I find out my frys are cold. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Visited this location the other day and by far has to be the worst run dairy queen I have ever been to. Could barely get my food before it started melting when I reached the drive thru. The cashier had no customer service skills and after she ended up getting my change wrong I was done. I asked for the manager whom I believe was Isabela? She explained how they were busy and that I would have to pull forward now to wait an extra 5 mins now! After I've already been in the drive thru for already 5 mins. Waited a total of 10min!! to get my 2 blizzards and 2 $6 meal deals that were both incorrect and had no sauce. Horrible management and called multiple times but no answer or was hung up.. Would rather go to culvers down the road and wait for guaranteed freshness than wait in line here.
