What joke this place is. You charge $30 for an ice cream cake and then you must have 2nd graders doing the writing. I would be embarrassed if my employees turned out a product like this.
We are so happy with the service in this location. We have never been to a Dairy Queen before,and let me tell you the food here is fantastic..The burgers wow! The ice cream amazing! The staff so friendly we are beyond happy with their customer service.
When i first saw the place, there were a bunch of kids there. Smells like B.O. and the place is really dirty. Some of the employees are really mean and others are really nice. The bathrooms are also dirty. If you are looking to come with family and relax don't go monday to friday from 2 to 5 because thats when it gets packed with clusters of kids. If you are looking for a sweet cold dessert then the ice cream cones and blizzards are amazing. If you're trying to get food, i would not recommend coming here. The food is not the worst but it also isn't the best. If you order a cake don't expect to eat it right when you buy it. It takes about one hour to thaw. The wait is long and I wouldn't recommend ordering here in a rush.
Interesting! Price gouging is not a way to get repeat customers over $8 for two small dip cones is quite ridiculous, McDonald's here I come!
Love their ice cream and blizzards! My favorite is Choco brownie fudge blizzard. I just don’t like all the school traffic from Basis that heads here right after school, it’s like their hangout so their lines become quite long with so much traffic when school gets out. Parents of Basis wrap around all the way to Dairy Queen entrance which sucks, avoid going here between 3-5pm daily
Terrible location. If you go here you are almost certain to be disappointed. Sat around for at least an hour for a burger, sundae, and shake. Was asked multiple times what I was waiting for but didnt get my order for a ridiculous time. The first time I went there the manager was yelling at people to do work and told someone they couldn't go on their break and belittled them in front of customers and then proceeded to stand around doing nothing on her phone. Avoid this location.
I love this location, food and staff are great. Come here frequently for treats for my kids. About once a month I treat them after school. I tried to make yesterday my treat day and couldn't even access the parking lot. I'm not sure what has changed in the last few weeks, but there were cars lined up and backed up from every exit. We waited 20 minutes in the line and didn't move at all. I tried to go around the line because it didn't appear to be related to your location, however there was no way to enter. We will try again, but if this is the new norm for your location after school, we will have to go to a different location. :(
Sundays seem like the busiest, you guys handle it like pros. Hard work pays off in life. I'm a doordasher so i see it all at many restaurants. You guys do it like it's supposed to be done. Good job!
This place is great, the manager here went above and beyond to provide the us with the best possible service she could provide! She was amazing kept cool under pressure and I wish she could be given raise by simply the praise i have to offer. If you ever come in contact with with the woman manager at this location please don't hesitate to tell her you hope she has an amazing day or how beautiful she looks because dang it this woman deserves to feel all the love❤
Well I guess at this location they shut off their mobile orders and 3rd party delivery tablets as well 2 hours before close because they feel like it! Rude staff as well…constantly lied to about the mobile order service “not currently working.” It’s been months since it has worked. Maybe a call to DQ corporate would fix this? Seems to be a problem with several locations
