Awesome as usual … They never mess up my gluten free or gluten full order ever … unlike another chain couple of miles down south.
Pot roast sandwich, just the right amount of moist without making the buns sogy. Large side of BBQ, ended up not using it. In-house root beer is very good.
Don't ever use the drive-thru. They mess up your order everytime. Drove all the way home only to find they did not include my kids milks with their meals even after I asked for them in the drive up window they said they would be included in the bags. I called them to refund the milk and they said they could not refund over the phone even if I provided my credit card number. So I would have to pack up my kids again and drive back 15 min just get back what was prob $3. Wrote corporate about how inadequate and inconvenient their refund policy is and have yet to receive any response after 1 week. The customer service here is extremely poor for what essentially is average food. Go hit up other Culver's locations you'll prob have a better experience. Seriously
I get my burger and it's always good. Best fries of any fast food place and the employees are ridiculously friendly. Favorite burger place.
Culver's has been a national staple over the years coming from Wisconsin they adopt some of the Wisconsin traditions when it comes to fast food they've got some of the best custard out there though I do recommend that they fix their custard machines so that the ice cream comes out more cold and doesn't become like a soup if you have to drive home. Overall their food seems very well made and consistent every time you go Culver's can become extremely busy at times and sometimes you will be waiting in your car for your food to come out. Overall Culver's is a great place for families quick meal or a new place to try.
Treated poorly by person working the window the night of April 11,2021. They couldn't get the order right, and she wasn't apologetic. The manager on duty tried to make it better, she was polite and professional. They still messed up our order even after the 2nd try. It's ice cream, if you can't remember the order, use a notepad.

You have to try the Walleye fish sandwich and pretzel bites that now stay on the menu full time. The bites that is. Excellent white fish! Fast good service. Appreciate!
Manager Khaliyah is awesome, I want to give her her flowers while she is at this location.Speaking with Khaliyah about a mistake order, she didn't challenge me or make me feel less than human. She took the time to correct the mistake, inviting me in for a remake. Let me tell you about the food that I received. I am not sure what Culver's did on this day, or who was the chef, but they put some love into that burger!IT was maddening delicious, I thought to myself can't it be great like this every-time!? Khaliyah for a manger you are personable, fair, and friendly, please continue to elevate the world needs people who are willing to listen, who take pride and providing great service, and an awesome experience.I'll be seeing you all again, unless my diet changes lol.Thanks for a great experience!Peace
I my first Strawberry Malt yesterday, it was recommended by an employee. First time for everything, service was great, it came out quickly. The Malt was phenomenal. One big issue was, that I got to the end of it and found maybe shredded plastic, kind of looked like hair but it wasn’t after i found maybe 5-6 more pieces of it. Not sure what it was or from but if i could take a picture of it and post it, I would. They are just really small in the camera. Im not sure what it could be but I mean i finished the beginning half, If i would’ve never found those pieces i defense would not have been disappointed.
