Me and my girlfriend went to this cold stone right next to the harkins after seeing a movie and I had a coupon that had a killer deal but then when we went to go pay at the counter the young lady (Her name has a O or P and she was also a brunette) I can’t quite remember her name but she was extremely nice to us and politely told us that our coupon had expired just 3 weeks ago. She treated us with care and our ice cream came out DELICIOUS! Would definitely encourage people to come hereHave a good day!
It was very busy when my wife and I arrived. But that could be a good thing because they could be doing a great job. Or it could just mean alot of people wanted ice cream that night.The line moved fairly quickly and before we knew it it was our turn to order. The young woman that took our order was not very kind or respectful to say the least, while she made our ice cream on the counter she seemed side tracked and just completely ignored how cold stone makes your ice cream, She did a very poor job on mixing the 1 topping we both selected into our ice-cream. My wife and I shrugged it off and took our ice cream home where we mixed it more ourselves until the point of what it would be like if our normal cold stone location did it them selfs.My wife and I cannot recommend this location unfortunately.Have a great day

I love Cold Stone. They have a big selection of ice cream flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. I love that you can pick your own creation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves ice cream and won't settle anything less than delicious.
The last three times I’ve been to this location the ice cream has been awful. Toppings that I didn’t ask for are in my ice cream because they aren’t cleaning off the counter before mixing the next. Nothing tastes better than sorbet with chocolate chips. The quality of the ice cream and toppings have gone way down. For as expensive as they are the quality does not justify the price. I’m not sure if they are under new ownership but I would definitely pass. The store itself is absolutely disgusting. The toppings display looks like it’s never been cleaned with dust and random toppings everywhere. Drive the extra few miles to a Dairy Queen or Bahama bucks or even the gas station. Hard pass 0/10
Really polite staff. A bunch of people walked in just after us and they were really polite and quick to get everyone taken care of.
Cupcakes are small and over $5 EACH! The chocolate cup us almost flavorless and thete is very little cake! If I wasn’t disabled and bring them back to the store to get my money back
These idi0ts seriously don’t know how to prepare orders correctly ordered from ubereats several times and each time the order is incorrect from the side to the ingredients it’s so annoying you just wanna go the store and cuss them out for being so incompetent

Ice cream was beautiful, Unable to eat inside, so off to the car in 106' weather. Now we have soup. Darn restrictions for covid. Over $20.00 down the drain. Won't go again until we can eat inside.
