Posted hours are now 1pm-11pm on Saturdays. Here I am on a Saturday at 1:30pm and the place is closed. From other reviews, I might have dodged a bullet.
This place disappoints. Every. Single. Time. The service is *sloooowww* (despite the over abundance of employees); the restaurant space itself is grungy, dingy, and just feels *dirty; and they’re always out of something or have an excuse for not being fully stocked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
I had a birthday coupon, and we went in to order. I ordered a sweet cream ice cream with strawberries mixed in. They put on two strawberries and barely mixed them in the middle of the ice cream, mostly left whole. My husband ordered a cookies and cream and received the same, no mixing of the ice cream per se, only full cookies, not crumbled and mixed in. I seriously doubt we will ever return to this store!
First time having Cold Stone in a long time. The crew was very good. They were very busy with a line out the door. They still managed to greet every person, add the personal touch, and male a great product. It's only a 4 star because the outside tables were caked with old ice cream that had been there for many days. Other than that the team deserves kudos.

Hours say 1pm - 10pm on Sunday. We went at 2pm and they were closed. Sign said open at 5pm on Fri & Sat... but said nothing about Sunday. We drove out of our way for another. Not cool!
Have been here on 1/18/22, 9:30 PM. Changed a lot since last couple of months. They turned off online ordering on a Tuesday night. I called them to place an order. While a lady was taking my order, another lady took over the phone and said its very busy, they were understaffed and they can’t take phone orders. I went there and saw 4 people working and only one customer infront of me. Not sure why they turned off the online ordering and denied phone orders. The attitude of the workers was also bad. The owner left the store to a bunch of workers who are not interested to take care of the business. The person infront of me asked for a milkshakes and a lady said that their blenders aren’t working and he can leave a bad review for that and their owner/manager is not doing his job. She said that with a bad attitude. I ordered for a founder’s favorite and this is the forst time I didn’t like it. She missed to add some ingredients. I don’t want to return to this location ever again. Worst cold stone ever.
Workers were professional and quick. I was helped by Riley and Leigh (sorry for any misspellings) these young workers were very kind and even put my order in the freezer until I was ready to go to ensure it would not melt as much since I was driving across town. They have me some great options when I wasn’t sure what to get… I ended up asking them to surprise me and it was very tasty. I do wish they accepted Apple Pay because I had to run to my car to get my wallet. Other than that the overall experience was amazing!
An attempt to enjoy some good ice cream turns into a vomiting experience.My spouse and I decided to order some Cold Stone for desert on our Saturday evening.The ice cream had a long hair in it. A nice stringing hair. Quality is hard to come by these days and I have lost my appetite for Cold Stone. I was going to call and complain, but what good does that do? So, here I am with my mediated communication platform, complaining about the service, the quality, and the experience.Never again. Thank you.
I was in favor of recreational marijuana until I saw this cake. Tasted great though, and we still can’t stop laughing.
