When a member of our group asked for a shake they told us they were out of milk, then some more people came in and asked for a shake and they pulled out a full gallon of milk. Bad customer service they should treat all customers equally.
My experience was very unusual.. June 29, 2022 4:00 p.m I thanked the employee there, a caucasian Girl, for washing her hands before serving us, I told her I noticed you threw away a damp paper towel, She looked at Me dumb founded, and said "I threw away My gloves, I didn't wash My hands! Where does cold stone get their employees, and to think the ice cream they serve they make it in their store!!

this one is always not good. not much toppings consistently. the one should have chocolate and carmel. the kids were bummed to open it and it was white. thought we’d have to mix it and it is… still white lol
They are so rude! They couldn’t return a product i didn’t like.. so I had to buy a new one, they didn’t give me the back the ice cream I didn’t like. So I basically paid for 3 ice creams and only received two.. (I could have gave the my other to my brother if I had known they would trashed it for good sake I bought it) when she gave me the second ice cream she gave me a smaller cup then the first one. They she tried arguing with me say I was one who threw the ice cream away.. this place doesn’t even deserve a one star!
Place is filthy, bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. If we'd have noticed before we ordered we would have turned around and left. Ice cream was tasty but after we (party of 6) ordered and began eating wound up throwing remaining product in the trash. For goodness sake people you're serving food! Disgusted enough we'll never return. Gross!
None of the employees were wearing masks. We couldn't bring ourselves to order and let alone, the thought of eating the ice cream...couldn't do it. We left. Such a bummer.
i came in tuesday night and the service was amazing. i was greeted by smiling faces. i had a girl take my order and help me out and she was giving me great recommendations and her service was absolutely amazing. i would definitely come back especially if that girl was working.
The two girls who served us were extremely rude when we came in 15 minutes before closing. Not only did they have a horrible attitude but they also flipped us off as they left. Extremely trashy employees
Great place! Great ice cream! Awesome service! Lexi, Kayden, and Kelly are awesome they're super fun and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
