It's basically bar food, but they've 'upscaled' it a bit. Some things are better than others, of course. Great job on cooking the burger 'red.' most places can't get that right at all. Alcoholic drinks aren't very strong. Great selection overall, though. The name of the restaurant really says it all...good selection of brews and the burgers were a win. The service was great. Went during late lunch with a large party and they did well. Parking is absolute nonsense.
Went in for a little lunch out of the sun. We sat ourselves and our Server(Sierra) took out drink order then disappeared. I typically always get an appetizer and the wait started. She finally took the full order and we waited again. At one point I was looking formour server and a refill. I finally had to flag another server down for a refill. By this time we had been waiting 20 minutes for sliders and a grilled cheese with a side salad. After receiving our food the wait continued. By this time it was apparent that Sierra had little interest in helping us as we were not drinking and racking up the bill. The food was not bad but a hour and a half for sliders and grilled cheese is just wrong. I had stopped going because the service was lacking and I guess I'll be staying away again. If you do go in don't sit in Sierra area. There are plenty of other bars around to visit.
The margarita was fabulous! I sat at the bar and it was perfect. Also the dipped steak sandwich was superb… thought I would be taking half of it home, but I ended up eating it there. Soooo good.
I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was flavorless. I could also tell it was an old piece of chicken. My wife got the open pit burger and it was super dry and also without flavor. They have a great beer selection but that is it. Very sad because this place use to be very good. If you have the time just go to AZ Wilderness for a better burger, or chicken, and beer.
Party of 6, 4 received our meals promptly, but the last 2 came out halfway through when the first 4 were almost done. Manager did comp one of the late meals. Food was good ands the drinks were all great
Didn't drink. The fried pickles and dip and the garlic fries were good. The Mac and cheese I got was just Velveeta. Appearantly they actually have a special one but I asked for the famous stuff and got stuff from a box. Waitress failure? Burger was good but not amazing. Wife enjoyed the burger though so might just have been me that day.
Pretty Damn Good as a First Timer. Sweet tater tots tasted like funnel-cake goodness, but the Guinness tasted watered down if that's a thing. T.V.s everywhere and waitresses always on point.
This is really hard to give this a good rating but after another waitress jumped in to help save our experience Give Jessica W the save.good waitress, very friendly, hard workingOur waitress was Gabby and show what I mean by everything going south the apps came before my wife and I got beer, we asked for chili instead as our side but $4 upcharge wasn't mentioned till saw the bill.I had the Ring of Fire spicy very large burgers great flavor,"5" to deep fried pickles, garlic fries,All burgers were awesome, again thxs JWExcellent Food , clean floors, lots of TVsIt was worth a 4.5
French dip was wonderful, tater tots tasted like they had been sitting for an hour. Good thing wasn’t in a hurry, only took 30 minutes to get a second beer and had to go to bar to get soda refill. Would not suggest unless you like to wait forever for anything!
Turned our spirits around, I apologize not knowing our servers name. I did last night, had lovely teal hair. She was kind, met us with care, offered things before we asked. Really great with the work she provided us in service. The food was so good. Other places could screw up a burger. WE had the juicy lucy, the american, the pittsburger, and the pb n J burger. The burger was well seasoned and temp cooked to our preferences. The burger is huge. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the food. They know how to put it down in the kitchen. We'll be back likely request the same server.
