Food was dried out, they forgot half the order at the drive through and when I called them they couldn’t have cared less. I will never go there again. Doesn’t the owner care about this place?

Chicken and biscuits are hot, fresh and delicious. This store was not allowing indoor ordering or seating. Only drive thru ordering was allowed. Still, it was worth it.
Never had a problem with this place, except for being super slow but today around 3:00 pm .I ordered and pulled up to the window. The cashier, dropped my change on the ground. She acted like she didn't want to touch me. I'm a black female. She actually had me search for more change, when she the one who dropped the change. When she handed me the bag,she almost dropped that!Please get employee who are not racist!She's in the wrong field. I will call corporate also.
Ask for honey mustard. They list no sauce??? 2nd time I've gone here and for me personally I can't eat this without sauce since it's dry as hell as well.. probably not coming back to this location since they can't get it right
I came here on Easter Sunday, to Grab some good for my family, The Marconi and cheese was watered down, I didn't get full 20 peice chicken mixed like I asked the biscuits was missing with my order, I called back and they were closed. So I went there the next day and spoke with Dulce Rojas, and she begin to question me about my order and call me lair I showed my receipt and pictures I had of my order, she would not give me a refund or create a new order, she begin to question me about the chicken in the picture and how many pieces were missing, she was very rude and had a attitude, she then sent me away with correcting my order or providing a refund.
Only gave one Star cuz l couldn't give zero Mrg on shift at 526 this evening thinks it ok to yell at customer and that it no problem that you don't get what you ordered and paid for. the way she act shows why the rest of staff acts the way they do. Rude no customer service SHAME on CHURCH'S this location lost a 10 year customer Thought Church's was the top chicken in Arizona WRONG
Great food, perfect temperature, crispy chicken, all the sides were perfect, definitely will come back.
Horrible experience. The store refused to sell any meals even though it was the only place open and i was visiting with no vehicle. Forced to pay for an uber to go through the drive through for a meal. Management needs to be aware that they are in a transit area and alternative options are needed for people in the area. Extremely disappointed
I come here almost once a week in the mornings and they conveniently open at different times or they let you wait in the drive through long enough for you to decide you don’t want to order. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. You can’t go into the lobby because of “COVID” and they barely want to take your order in the drive through. It’s actually quite ridiculous. The food is great but the service is beyond terrible. They really need to hire people that at the very least somewhat care.
