I made it to this store with my granddaughter after leaving @rossdressfor less up the street. For over 20 minutes the employees at Ross refused to open food packages for me or call 911 as my sugars crashed. I literally collapsed on the floor at Chipolte! Not only did a nice young man help me to a seat, the employees jumped into action getting me soda and food immediately! The wonderful manager checked on me several times to ensure I was ok as my sugars came back up and had genuine concern for my health. Even the nice gentleman who helped me up from the floor sat next to us and kept a close eye on me until I was stable. This is how a store and its employees should react. Can yoy give @rossdressforless lessons on being a human? Kudos to your staff!!!
Food is ok but staff and management are not friendly. I usually frequent the other 2 in Chandler but go to this one on occasion. The last time I went I asked for sliced avocados and the staff and manager told me they couldn’t because we might get sick (huh?). The manager walked away when I asked why that would be since I eat avos all the time and the other stores have never had a problem. Yup, walked away! Needless to say I won’t be back at this location.
This location use to be my fav, not anymore. I went today to get an order for my wife and the young lady serving me could not hear me, to which I say Focus Please, and then as she put the last Romain on my wife’s meal in front of me she says to her associate, there is no more Romain left and I am am not making anymore so who’s going to tell our patrons to which Jailyn brought a new full container and then checked me out. Re train this lady she is but an asset.?
This location seems to always give way less on their online orders whether it be pickup or delivery. I've gotten tacos that were barely filled and some other tacos that were a complete mess and I could barely eat them normally. I'm not sure why they do this when the other location down the road can completely fill up orders.
Greeted with friendly staff. Fast and quick service. I usually get the burrito bowl with steak. They had a new item call chicken pollo asada and decided to try it. It was awesome. Good flavor and not too spicy. I hope they keep on the menu permanently because it was delicious. Much more flavor than the regular chicken.
Terrible service the night shift staff for this 05/24/2022 we’re very bad. First the cashier was arguing with a customer because she didn’t give the customer the proper change. Then after that she forgets to give me all of my order. I had to turn around to go back to store and retrieve the rest of my food. Upon arrival the darker complexion cashier didn’t acknowledge her mistake once again but not only that completed ignored me. I tried calling to speak with the o shift manager and she pretended to be the manager. For the services received tonight I would like the general manager to contact me ASAP. Very unprofessional staff this evening!
We couldn’t believe it,We order 2kids meals and 4 bowls and as always we get sour cream and pick on the side. But the manger there said that because we filled all the slots in the kids meals they are going to charge is1.00 for each side even though we ordered 4 bowls.My wife try to understand why it was like this and why is this the only chipotle that charges for sides when getting a kids meal or charged at all for sides. The staff said it was up to the manager (jayleen) the manager wouldn’t budge. We are going to write a complaint to Coorporate as wellAlso the staff here had no life in them and very rude with tone and Candice The portions were very small even though they upped the price and had to ask for more rice and beans. This location is HORRIBLE.TRY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION OF YOU CAN!!
We were on the road needing a pit stop and some food. Found this nice slice of heaven. Filled my belly up quick. My only complaint is they need more vegan options.
I placed an order at the Chipotle on 3395 W Chandler Blvd Suite 1, Chandler, AZ 85226. I made a mistake and the order was sent to another chipotle on chandler Blvd, I was at the location when the error was noticed as my order wasn't there for pickup. I asked the person behind the counter for help and what to do next, they were completely useless as they deflected my comment by saying "I cant help you". I then asked if there was a manager in order to tell me what to do next, The manager proceeded to tell me I had to drive to that location in order to get my food or I would have to get a refund and then pay for a totally new order at the location I was at.When attempting to get a refund I noticed that Chipotle has no avenues for refund outside messaging a 'ask pepper". No one monitors that and its looking like I wont get my refund.as another note, I don't recommend this location. 3395 W Chandler Blvd Suite 1, Chandler, AZ 85226. Terrible staff and even worse management.
I have lived in chandler since 1996 and this is by far my favorite chipotle location. It’s right next to the chandler mall and the parking lot and area surrounding chipotle is very clean. You won’t see any trash on the ground. Very fast, friendly, and professional service. If you are someone that likes to see peoples smiling faces they do not wear masks here. Feels like pre-2020 in this area. Highly recommend this chipotle location. Come check it out!
