Our server Brianne is the best. We've frequent this Chili's often and hands down, Brianne is awesome. She was always their filling our drinks, checking on us and was just down right friendly. The food is always cooked to our specification. Always love coming to this location. That's Brianne, from the family of 5 at table 41 on 07/15/2022 around 5:30 pm. You are the bomb!!!
My family and I (5 total) visited here on Wednesday night. We were promptly sat, our server greeted us, and within minutes of ordering our app and drinks, they were being delivered.It’s been years since I was excited about going to chili’s, but the quality of the service and the food (and the beverages! I got the captains cooler which may be my favorite new drink) has my family ready to visit again. Everything was smooth and quick, and our food items were delivered with all of the modifications we requested. It was a wonderful time!
Friday 6/17 a friend and I went for dinner at this Chili's. A busy Friday night the host was helpful and friendly while taking our info for a wait for a table.After being seated the wait for our food was a bit longer than expected but at the same time it was a busy Friday night. Unfortunately my friend had, in my opinion, an allergic reaction and possible anxiety attack as a result.Realizing very quickly my friend's condition I informed management and asked them to call an ambulance.The response from management was very professional. They kept calm and cool and got my friend the help he needed. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and concern. I really can't thank them enough.Unfortunately my only criticism with this experience, which was very scary at the time, was on our server. When my friend was almost passing out on the table from his attack, our servers main concern was making sure I paid the bill.I've been a food server for over 10 years mainly in casinos, I am professionally trained on what to do in an emergency situation and nowhere in that training states that I need to make sure people pay their bill first.Again thank you so much to the Chili's management team that night. This location is horrible. I used to go here all the time but since the pandemic started the food quality has gone completely downhill. The quesadilla was extremely dry, they barely gave me any cheese curds, and the cheese fries were so dried up! Barely any cheese on them smh. This is just garbage I won't be back to this location. I ordered curbside pickup. You would be better off going to a fast food chain.
Worst experience at Chili's I've ever had. I'm not a huge fan to begin with, but the family wanted it. Going in, they said they were short staffed due to Covid symptoms, and I accept that. The other issue is that there was no draft beer due to the CO2 system being down. We took a while to order due to having littles with us, but it still took almost 45 minutes from order to plates on the table. When food was delivered, one portion was missing. We notified wait staff of the missing plate before they left from delivering the food. It was another 30 minutes, at least, before it was delivered, by which time we were getting ready to leave. Other issues were, lukewarm pasta and warm salads with =way= too much dressing. Our server was frustrated and she did the best she could, as well as was covering a fairly large area, but missed checking on us when we needed refills. In my opinion, if they were =that= understaffed, management should have told us that there would be an hour wait instead of 30 minutes. We would have gone elsewhere.
Got my food through Uber eats and it was literally ice cold and I’m a mile away.. the portions were ridiculous never again!
First when we got there the restaurant was only half-full. Then we were told as a 20 to 40 minute wait. 45 minutes later we finally get in. Then the seven of our group with fat at extremely small table. We asked for a bigger table Just got up. We are told we couldn't have that table because one server was on break and it wouldn't be another server till 3:30. Food took almost 40 minutes to show up. The meat was grizzly. We never saw a waitress after the food came out. And the dishes were cold or lukewarm. I was missing the lime 4 my food and I need a refill soda. Overall very disappointed. I just got back from Portland Oregon and this is the best I could get. Won't be going to this Chili's anymore.

We only had salads, but they were big and fresh. Got our food quickly, great service, checking on us where it mattered most and very reasonable price. We just wanted to get a light lunch and this worked out great for us when visiting the mall nearby
Slow slow service. Sign tells you they are understaffed but didn't except to wait 45 minutes to get a drink and over an hour to get salad. Next time, if I go back, I'll ask how long the wait to get served. Food was just average. They have some good lunch specials.
