Literally the slowest Chick Fil A I’ve ever been too. 3/4 the staff was walking around joking with their friends (who weren’t employees) and the manager was off laughing as the line wrapped inside and outside.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. We ordered our meal on the app, and went to the store to pick it up. We went during the middle of the breakfast rush, so we did have to wait a couple minutes for our order. That just meant that it was prepared fresh! I was hoping for some butter for the muffin part of my sandwich, but it wasn't available on the app. When my wife picked up our food inside, she asked for butter and the staff remade the sandwich with it since the app didn't allow for it. They went above and beyond to make our food the way that we wanted it, just like they always do.
The staff is nice, but the accuracy is a little rough. I only think that is because this is one of the busiest ones I’ve seen. Double check before you drive off.
This chick fil a has been great in the past. I realize every company is dealing with staffing shortages. The stand out businesses in this situation are the ones that empathize and communicate with their customers. The management at this location has zero customer service skills.Last 2 times through the drive thru were 25 and 20 minutes when I was the 4th car in line. All it would have taken was a “thank you for your patience and sorry for the wait”. None of that customer service skill has been passed down from management to the employees. It’s so bad I actually decided to write this.Note! They will pray with you if you call them. I suggest you call and pray for good service before you go.Sorry so harsh… just get it together over there!
I am literally so sick of not getting my drinks filled all the way or 99% of the cup is filled with ice. Also I paid for a sandwich with pepper jack cheese and I was given the wrong sandwich.
Seriously one of the friendliest restaurants I’ve experienced! Everyone was so nice - Carol who took our order, the boy who delivered our food to our table and the hostess who brought us cookies and offered to refill our drinks! The sandwiches and salads are great but honestly, I will return just because I was treated so kindly! ?
Should not gave gone on the last day of school as the young kids have no respect to retired people. Also, for a Cobb salad, chicken sandwich, fries and two drinks the cost was almost $25. Not, going back anytime soon!
I’ve been going to this lousy location since it opened. It is poorly run and I don’t mean poorly run for a chick-fil-a. Every McDonald’s in this part of town are run better. They’re very slow. They’re consistently getting orders wrong. And they’re too expensive to look past these gaps anymore.Today is the last straw. Ordered via the app. Got home. No sauces in bag. It’s a little after 11am. It’s not very busy and they’re fully staffed up for the lunch rush. Stop standing around and talking amongst yourselves and check the orders before they go out.Used to be you could use the app to alert them to a problem with your order. Not anymore. So now I have no convenient way to express they messed up again and allow them to make it right. So here I am on Google. You’re welcome for the review. It’s my pleasure.
All Chick-Fil-A locations are awesome! Great chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, but as a diabetic, I'm trying to cut down. Their grilled chicken nuggets are very tasty and the kale crunch side makes a great substitute for fries. Restaurants are ALWAYS well staffed for outstanding customer service. During the height of COVID, drive-thrus were reimagined and redesigned for maximum throughput. Knowing Chick-Fil-A culture, I believe this was for the customer's benefit more than increased revenue. Mobile app works well. Every restaurant has a customer service glitch from time to time; CFA keeps them to a minimum. Staff is always pleasant. If you say, "Thank you," for any reason, the response you'll get is, "It's my pleasure!" I know it's training, but it's still nice.
Normally the drive thru moves quickly. Usually two employees outside taking orders.Today, no order takers outside. SLOW moving line. Close to 20 mins. Then one kid tapping the credit cards outside kept walking away after each order going inside then back to the line. Also, usually outside the drive up there are exoediters, today none.
