Good fast food. The spicy chicken is always a good go to, love their mac and cheese. They definitely have an efficient way of make sure the drive through line moves fast. They had our food all ready to go by the time we go to the window. Most places make you ait at the window for a moment so this is a plus for such a busy fast food place
Always a great experience atthis location. Even though they are always so busy, I never feel like I wait. Food is always fresh.
I've been to many Chick-fil-A in my life and this one just reminded me that the people make the difference. I stopped in after taking my twins to the doctor and had a 40 minutes drive after of me. We were all hungry and they were going to fall asleep in the van (God willing). I was there without my husband or older kids who would have helped, but the staff stepped in to help me instead! They called my tray to our table, helped me get set up, them helped clean up after us. I watched as the lady helped almost every other table in the seating area with one thing or another. I love the customer service model of this restaurant chain and the compassion they show to those who come in.
I witnessed a counter worker named Sheila performing at the highest level of any service worker I’ve seen. Very friendly, professional and accommodating to a very busy restaurant. People are quick to point out negative performance but I just thought she was deserving of a shout out for being awesome!
2nd time in a week my order has been completely wrong. It took 10 minutes just for the cashier to take the order and then she verbally confirmed with me, is egg and cheese okay on your bacon biscuit and I said yes… that’s how I ordered it…. And then it came out just a bacon biscuit.. luckily some man that worked there stepped in and immediately corrected it.
For being 10:15 am I would expect my waffle fries to be fresh, but they weren't. They were cold and tasted raw. The chicken nuggets have somehow gotten smaller too. When waiting in a drive thru for 20 minutes I would expect better quality food. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location and will not be coming back. Get your act together.
Do not recommend using this chic fil a! Any other one around is better.The food is mostly like any other Chick-fil-A so I can't rank the food. Will rank the service for when things go wrong.Most of the time if anything goes wrong, the workers have been very responsive. Today we went thru the drive thru and got home and our fries and nuggets were dark, and the nuggets were charred and tasted burned. We tried to eat them, not wanting to go back. I threw mine out but my son was so hungry he ate his. I called merely to let them know. They were busy so refused to let me speak to a manager and just told me (after I told her they were eaten) to bring them back for a replacement. ? pay attention, lady, they're gone. I just want to alert you of the bad quality of today's meal so you can fix it.She said they were too busy for me to talk to a manager so I requested that one call me back. He did. Gave me even MORE of an attitude and said they had quality controls in place. Like he didn't believe me.Ok, then. This chic fil a used to be good but attitude has gone way downhill. I have the highest level of customer rewards on my app, so that shows you how often we go. For him to treat a top-level, or any customer this way, very arrogant and it says they don't really care about their customers.
I went through the drive through, the service itself was fine but I asked specifically for chick-fil-a sauce and to my disappointment when I got home and opened my bag not only did I not receive ketchup to go with my fries I also did not get any CFA sauce.I miss the days when you didn’t have to ask for condiments and check your bag to make sure your order is correct.
Chickfila is great... usually. Unfortunately, I didn't even actually eat at this one because they didn't open at 6am. I arrived around 6 and hung out until about 6:15, when a worker came and turned away a car waiting behind the cones that were blocking the line to the drive-through. I am only leaving this review in hopes that they will update their hours online and on their front door (both say 6:00 am). I understand that places are low staffed right now and may need to adjust hours because of this, but there should be some kind of posting of temporary hours, at the least on the front door, if this is the case.
