Delicious cuisine 10 out of 10 I would recommend.
The food was great. However, the service needs improvement as it seems Customer Service is not part of the training. Not welcomed with a smile. Not provided more water when it was finished before the food came. Not acknowledged when the server passed by multiple times. Not asked how the food was when the dishes were cleared. Waited for the check to come but it never did. Finally went to the counter and realized that's where you pay, even though there were several check trays you would expect to see when your check is brought to you. Please provide a welcoming greeting. Please make an attempt to make your customers feel welcomed as you would any guest in your house. Smile and show us you are happy to see us and to be working there.
I believe it is a true Indian restaurant. I am not an Indian but I saw mainly Indian were dinning there. Having said that, the foods are good. This is my first time trying Indian food and will come back again. Around 15-20USD per head. Got 10%off if you pay in cash.
North indian food is tasty and good. South Indian food is average. Service staff is good. But their seating is very congested. Restaurant is not kid friendly, you won't have space to seat your infant anywhere.
Love this place. The best restaurant in Chandler. Food was very Delicious. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
I brought my kids to see Sheila, the robot. She was amusing but we'll definitely return for the food. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Plus, they were happy to adjust the spice levels.
One of the best Biryani I ever had. I am very picky when it comes to Indian food. Since I can cook better than most restaurants. I rather cook the dishes myself.I thought of giving this place a try for biryani and it was not a mistake. I will for sure go there again for some of their other dishes.
Very bad quantity.Just a three small pieces of kebab for $9.00Taste is fine.
Service - WorstFirstly, waiter was clueless of what is there on the menu. Asked about dinner thali and came after 10 mins saying it is unavailable. Regular items on the menu was also something new for the waiter.Second, the menu have altered prices with a sticky note, which seemed sketchy to me.Food - Not goodOrdered Chicken 65 which was supposed to be their speciality, but was not at all good. It seemed old and reheated to serve.Ordered Parotta, it seemed to be store bought heated and served.Ordered special chicken varuttha curry and was a regular curry with no flavor.Cleanliness - Not goodNot a clean place to do dine in. Robot delivering food looked like it was not cleaned after it was purchased.
We went to this restaurant for the first time today as we just moved to the area. Ordered Maysor masala dosa, saag paneer, jalapeño stuffed naan and vegetable samosa. The staff were very pleasant and service was fast. Food was fresh and delicious and authentic Indian food. They even have robot server which is amazing and so modern. I recommend this place and will be back to eat. They food for all - vegan, vegetarian and non-veggie options. Absolute delight.
