Fast Food Salad Soup

Pretty disappointed. I paid 12 bucks for the try 2 combo. The sándwich was good but just about the smallest thing ever. The salad was alright. Ordered the chipotle chicken salad and it was a bit too sweet for me. Their soup is good or in the past it has been.I dont really feel like going back.

This place is a real find. The food is amazing with lots of options. Don’t be put off when you see it’s a soup, sandwich, salad cafe. It is so much more. The quality is superb. The prices are fair. The chicken pesto sandwich is delicious and the clam chowder is a perfect accompaniment. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is super clean. The patio is a nice plus. I will be back, as there is so much to try.

This restaurant/location is nice. They were a bit slow even though they seemed to have plenty of employees working. The food was really good tho. The patio was nice; I was able to eat outside with my dog. The inside is clean and inviting.

I enjoy the food here every time I go. However, I had trouble at this location on a Tuesday afternoon lunch rush. I waited through the line, ordered, had my food made, and when I tried to pay with cashI was told that they didn't have any cash. What in the world?!?! I understand debit is going to be the most common form of payment, but cash is still an option that you are required by law to accept! I didn't have my debit card and my friend had to pay for mine. It should have been free. There was no sign posted and no indication through the entire wait in line or for my order that the restaurant was out of cash. I don't even know how it's possible for a restaurant to not have money to make change. Very frustrating.

My job had some food catered from here… and WOW, every bite was delicious!! I will definitely come here and order some more to check out their service as well

Love Zupas. Prices are great! Love the 2 meal deal. Soup, Salad or Sandwich. I also Love their Strawberry Salad w apple slices. The Free Chocolate Strawberry Dessert. It now of my favorite places to eat. Give it a go and I know you will love it a I do. Here's to good food. Love the Chocolate dessert. As you can tell I am a Chocoholic. Smile

This place used to be great (especially their soups), but now is apparently circling the COVID-19 drain. Where do I start?? The line staff seems to have less than a month on the job, as they take over 10 minutes to make a salad and more time than that if you choose to have a sandwich. The soups are still OK, though it seems they are no longer made fresh but instead are poured from plastic bags. Those chocolate-covered strawberries that used to be the size of baseballs are now approaching marble proportions. Even the station where customers pick up condiments, utensils, straws and the like looked like a hurricane hit it the last time we visited. It's a shame, we used to like this place!

We went there last Saturday for the first time. The first guy with no mask kept talking over the sale bowl. So, I refused to order salad. There was a girl who kept wiping her nose and sniffling while preparing the food. I did not make a big deal for the sake of the others in the group. Could not find a clean table and we had to clean a nasty table to be able to sit and eat the lousy food. Lastly, clam chowder was so watered down that we were laughing about it all night. I am not kidding, there were only 2 small pieces of clam (I think they were clam) in that paper cup. Nasty place, disgusting crew. We will never go to that unsanitary place. Gross…

Amazing soup! I've been really sick with Strep throat and its been impossible to eat solid foods. Ordered Zupas (contactless delivery) and the warm tasty potato soup and califlower made me feel SOO much better. Thanks Cafe Zupas!

The food and experience was okay. The energy wasn't very lively and it seemed messy - some dirty tables, drink station had beverage splatter. The employees were nice and attentive, but their vibe wasn't energetic or excited to be there.
