I’ve been visiting this Master of Meat for some time now. I can’t fault it. I’m from Scotland, and really value the importance of having a butcher in the community. Especially in these days of supermarkets where the meat is processed in huge factories and pushed out to the consumer as quickly as possible.This butcher cares for his product, and more importantly, his customers.As you will see in the pictures below, is a New York Strip loin that I cooked. I can honestly say that it was one of the finest cuts I’ve ever eaten.
The best customer service I’ve had from a butcher - and top quality meats. I’ve come here to get turkeys for thanksgiving but recently have come for a couple special requests and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend getting all your meats from a local butcher. Similar prices and much higher quality. Plus supporting local is always the way to go. You wont be disappointed.
Family owned and operated. This is a true home town butcher feel. I have had some great customer service experiences here and they have earned my loyalty forever. Quality meats, even exotic stuff if you have an interesting recipe. If it's not in the counter ask. Many times they will just cut you exactly what you want from the back coolers.
Really enjoyed my first time ordering the BBQ pack. The service was fun and friendly. All of the cuts were spot on. They have a great selection and variety. Stop in and find a new place to stock up on quality selection! I am so excited to have found my new butcher shop
Whether it's be prime beef, pork, lamb, chicken, exotic meats or seafood this is a one shop for all. The jerky is a sensational. Tim the owner stands in backup of everything, including their award winning sauces. Please give them try.
First visit, pretty awesome. Was looking for venison and I found some stew meat. Can't wait to try it. There was a large selection of everyday meats and the less common offerings. Staff was very helpful.
Stopped in today and browsed....man, what great selection and everything looked so fresh and bearutiful! We got some chops, bacon, sausages, wings and the piece de resistance - a BEAUTIFUL ribeye. The prices LOOK higher but they're really not out of line. A bit maybe, certainly over very cheap brand products but in the same class BB is extremely competitive.The steak? I cooked that beautiful steak over charcoal to a perfect medium-medium rare... I mean PERFECT (yay me!) and my wife and I both agree it's head and shoulders over the grocery store stuff.We're not that close but we're going to stop in to BB once a month or so - it's worth the trip!
Was in town over Christmas to visit family. We stopped in and purchased 2 filets, 2 tbones, 2 porterhouse, 2 lobster tails and a few pounds of Alaskan king crab. Everything was absolutely delecious and fresh. The quality of beef was amazing and their pickled jar products were also great! Highly recommend stopping in. Wish I had this close to home! The staff was super helpful and patient even though they were very busy. Thanks for helping make our Christmas dinner awesome.
Great selection of meats and they truly take care of you for custom orders. The store is super clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. I’m so happy I found them and will continue to go there for all my specialty meat needs.
Always neat, clean, well stocked, wide selection, great quality, decent prices, friendly and will do special orders, I never get meats from anywhere else
