We ordered wings and hamburgers. The hamburgers came out first and the wings were brought out to us about 30 minutes later. My family had to wait for me to finish eating. The hamburgers were warm my husband had fries that were cold. The wings were warm. Service was very slow. I understand everywhere is short staffed. I will go back to my original hot wings spot. They have the best hot wings.
Service was great- a bit busy but nothing crazy! Staff took care of us, food was FRESH! Location was nice and clean too!Our server Nick was great. Will definitely be back.
I didn’t get any photos of our food or drinks. We sat in the bar area to watch the Phoenix Suns game, but I will tell you I love the Platinum Margarita ? I do enjoy a draft beer while we watch the game but this night, I ordered the margarita. 5 stars for that one!Go Suns!! ☄️
Order 2 times from here and they both have been messed up I just got them with out any type of sauce… I even order extra on the side just in case checked my receipt too see what I order or maybe I order wrong but nope it’s all them never ordering from them again
I think they’re understaffed because we had to wait 45 minutes with several tables open. The hosts at the front were rude. Our waiter was great! And even though our food was made quickly it wasn’t good. My Mac and cheese was more like Mac and crumbs. Not going back to this location.
A colleague recommended me this place, don't regret to take his word, price is acceptable, place is nice, has no smoking and smokers area, as well as bar and restaurant type tables inside. Nice range of wing flavors and waiter knew how to advise us in our first order. It has nice middle size burgers also.All in all, a very good experience.
We came here after an ASU softball game with a medium sized group of people. They were very difficult on what tables we were able to use and didn't want us to move certain tables even though other groups had done the same thing.There was trash on the floor, the service was very slow (it's not a big place and it wasn't very busy), they were "out of" some dishes even though those dishes were later delivered to the other side of our table, the were out of a few beer selections and the place overall just looked old and run down.The food was probably as we expected - we were expecting much from a place like this. But when we tried to order a salad and were told that it was not available...only to see it later delivered to people at the other side of our table -- that was pretty upsetting.
Do not order from here. I had requested my wings to be fried plain/dry with the sauce on the side. When I received my order, I received one tiny container of the sauce for dipping my wings. So they expect for my 20 piece order to be able to suffice with one sauce worth of flavor. But they liked to do the math as per the receptionist at the front stated, that its the way they do it there. I have always asked for my BWW sauces to be on the side and never had to worry about rationing the sauce on the side to accommodate my meal. she had the nerve to ask me to pay for the sauces as she said more than one sauce would be considered were dipping sauces, when I had actually needed my sauces that belong on my chicken I did speak with the manager who was accommodating however will update once my order is resolved. The front just makes up their own rules.
Been waiting 40 minutes with my wife and kids being told me are next while every party that arrives get seated as soon as they walk in. People of color beware and just know you will be seated last. Manager did nothing about this when brought to her attention won't be back ever again
NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS HORRIBLY RUN LOCATION!!! Your food will always be late on arrival due to staff never getting food out on time, they never have a complete order there is always substitutions, no social distancing, and employees would rather ignore you than help you. I don’t even eat here I am a delivery driver who never has a good experience with this location. I doubt you as a customer will either.Edit: After further reading reviews from recent months it seems like it’s been a trend to abandon pickup/delivery orders and give people the run-around, so now I feel more inclined to give detail to just how bad it is with absolutely no exaggeration.The quickest order I’ve ever had at this location was a 15 minute wait. Normally it’s anywhere between 20-30 minutes but the three times I’ve had to pick up this week have been HORRIFIC.First time this week: Had to repeat order name 4 times, was told every 5 min that order “just needed to be bagged up” but nothing happened (Wait: 35 min)Second Time this week (the worst): Had been told order was just finished and needed to be bagged up once again. The store had less than half the seats filled but were clearly backed up due to me waiting 35 minutes to be told “we’ve been waiting on a large fry to come out this whole tIme” and then another 25 minute wait on top of that for me to get the order. (Wait: 1 hr)Third Time this week: Had an order for wild burger, a virtual brand in this location. As soon as I told staff the name they seemed like they didn’t know who I was talking about. After repeating the name I was told that every single item on the order needed substitutions because they didn’t have items in stock, and that those substitutions would take at least 20 minutes. After constantly being told one wait time and ending up waiting 2-5x longer than what I’m told I had enough.Staff needs to stop saying orders will be out shortly or are “currently being bagged” if its clear items aren’t coming out of the kitchen.Honest answers about how the food is coming along would allow drivers to act accordingly, this needs to change.SECOND EDIT: STILL THE WORST PLACE IN THE VALLEY TO ORDER AND PICK UP FROM. THEY WILL NEVER BE ON TIME WITH ORDERS AND ALWAYS ARE MISSING SOMETHING, THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL.
