Wow. This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are. Today was my first time ever eating here and everything was amazing. Pizza, wings, pasta and garlic knots. I will definitely order again.

The pizza was delicious! The staff was really nice even when they got busy. Great atmosphere. We had our whole family for dinner here and everyone loved it.

We use to frequent this restaurant but ever since Mike left to go to the location on alma school the Gilbert road location has gone downhill. We came in to get a couple of slices wings and knots our usual order and our server was awful. His name was Carson, there was one other employee working with him up front but whenever Carson wasn’t yelling at him he was just standing around on his phone. We understand that it’s later in the evening when we came in but there’s no excuse to not give everyone the same respect and service. When seated he just threw the menus on the table and left. We asked for plates and we were ignored. We asked for cheese and peppers and we’re given a cheese and a back turn. We had to get our own drink refills because the server was to busy talking to the cooks in the back. When the food was brought to us he just shoved it on the table. He seemed so bothered to be there. Overall our food was okay but the service was awful which is so disappointing since this was one of our go to places to grab slices.

Did not have a great experience here, yet other locations have been good. We sat on the patio, the chairs were very uncomfortable. The pizza was made wrong and incredibly oily, soaking wet oily, chewy dough. We had to go find someone to address the wrong pizza. Their solution was to heat up some toppings in a bowl. I asked if they misunderstood my order, it was very simple, the Cheesesteak pizza, no changes to it, it arrived with only meat. They said no, but someone in the kitchen was new and didn't know. That's fine, but either remake the pizza or don't charge us for the incorrectly made pizza. I had to ask to be charged for a 1 topping of the same size, because that's what we were given, that solution did not seem easy, but they did it. The 1 topping ended up only being 3 dollars less than the Cheesesteak, but I just wanted to get out of there at that point and didn't push further. Shame this location isn't as good as the others.

We loved getting pizza from here but we can no longer recommend them. The orders are often wrong and need to be remade. One instance they didn’t remake it and scraped off the toppings and recooked it leaving the old flavor and a burnt bottom. This time I’m hungry and left with the incorrect order but will not return. We use to come here a few times a month.

This is place that should not be visited when busy. This is the only restaurant that I ever called in to make an order and was left on hold for over 12 minutes. Apologizing is not always the answer; especially, if the one making remarks keeps getting louder and louder. Makes you wonder, are you really apologetic.Resolution:1. Apologize once and move on.2. At least offer a water and/or soda to compensate for the error; something.3. Do not reach back out for a follow-up. Unless, the time lost can be given back, then there is no reason to ask for a follow-up.I hope that no one has the same experience as me, but one that will keep them going back.

Great little restaurant. Their Pizza is definitely New York style pizza. I felt like I was back in Long Island having a couple of slices with a soda

Been here a few times with family and have had mixed experiences. Service pretty attentive and gives a good family vibe. Pizza very good and you can get just a slice if you'd prefer. Red sauce on pastas not as tasty as I'd expect but they serve a huge variety of dishes. Parmigiana varieties hit or miss. Meatball sandwich a keeper. Meatballs like a baseball, and good. Value for the $ is very good; we always leave with to-go boxes.

Although we have dined here many times during 2021, I must leave this review to share how awful it has been to come here more recently. Our usual server Jenny was outstanding - and made sure our food orders were perfect. Since her departure however, the food and the service are deplorable. DINER BEWARE - FIND ANOTHER MOM AND POP RESTAURANT - this one has gone deeply downhill and NOT worth the visit, ever!

The Stromboli!! Yummmmm You have to try it. So good. End of story.
