The bar staff was somewhat friendly but seemed like they were elsewhere. Not a bad place to go if you want to have a nice night out. There's good local bands if you like live music. If you go there get the Frosted Cookie Dough shot its really good. Overall was a good experience but beware the bar service isn't as attentive or fast if you want a lot of drink service.
So, 1st off our waitress was attentive Friendly and :) the best part of our visit.. I didn't care for the fact that no prices were posted for the whiskey shots. The wayitress did Help us out and get the prices for our selections. Secondly the happy hour was OK but I must admit I've never had tacos with mashed potatoes in them. They may be the worst tacos I've ever had. Thirdly if you order a shot on the rocks you'll get it with many ice cubes. Not that much of a deal but if you want a single large ice cube it costs you $2 extra. So all in all it wasn't a very good experience and I probably won't be back
The atmosphere was very good. The live band, Caiden Brewer, wad excellent. The service was good and she was friendly. The Jucy Lucy burger was horrible. Cooked like a piece of shoe leather and the cheese was either cooked out of it, or they didn't put it in. Either way, it wasn't there.
Bourbon jacks 2.0 the old version had its perks however I am liking the new. Food is amazing, great service, and a great whiskey collection. If you are a brunch person this place has you covered.
First time there, and we'll worth it. No wait time & had the perfect seat in the house. Wait staff was warm, friendly & busy. The food OMG be ready to take it home or pass it on to someone less fortunate to taste such a delicious meal. Only down fall no iced sweet tea ?. Other then that the music was beyond perfect(had me dancing in my seat), could have played some Blake & Kane Brown, but hey all in all I was ready to put my boots on & grab my hat. Country music, great food & 1942 great night.
If you enjoy table dancing, apparently this is your happy place.Walking around Chandler with a friend on a Sunday, heard the live music and decided to stop in for lunch. Seemed like a nice mellow spot - about half full, with the band playing 70's covers. We sat at the bar and eventually the bartender noticed us. I should have known we were in trouble when she recommended a bucket of beers or bottomless mimosas. We each ordered a drink and some food. The food was fine; your basic burgers, fries, bbq, etc. But the reason for the two star review: just as we started to eat, the live band stopped, the stereo got cranked on full blast, and all the female staff jumped up on the bar and did a dance. If I had enough cash I would have thrown it down on the bar to pay for our barely touched meals and walked out. Hey Bourbon Jack's, the 50's are calling and they want to congratulate you on rolling back time 70 years before women's rights and the #metoo movement.
Great happy hour. We hit it on a night of buy one get one. I tried the bourbon root beer float. It was great. Service was very good.
My friends and i normally don’t go to down town Chandler until We met this amazing bartender girl name Shy!What an amazing person she is, she is attentive, and nice, so now my friend and I go there when she is working just to get our fill of her we love her that much. Never will we go again at night not the same service.
I sang here a couple of times, and it's a really good crowd. Great sound system, fun atmosphere, lousy service, and the food leaves much to be desired, and don't get the Nachos. Good looking Bar ? ?
The staff is very friendly. Food was excellent. Will be going back soon.
