I love Bosa donuts and I rarely write poor reviews because I know how much businesses rely on them. That being said, this incident occurred a few months ago but still makes me feel awful when I think about what happened. I actually drive to a further location to avoid the staff here. I went to this location and had a coupon with me. After ordering donuts I asked to use the coupon which upset the employee there. Maybe they were having a bad day. There was confusion with how to apply the coupon and he started to angrily get me the donut and speak to me harshly. I asked him what the problem was and he started yelling about the coupon and people were staring at us. I have never been treated so rudily in a donut shop! I told him that he needed to relax and walked out of the shop. The donuts are great but I would consider a different location.

Usually only eat Bosa Donuts when someone else picks them up and brings them home. This time though I decided to go in, I had my 6 kids with me and they had seating to fit a larger group. Great place, Lots of options on the menu, outdoor seating. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Highly recommend going here and I will definitely be returning.
I had the worst experience at this Bosa Donuts location yesterday. I went in around 3:30 pm with my kids, as it is their favorite donut shop that we often frequent after school. The employee behind the counter was beyond rude and offensive! I have never left an establishment feeling so insulted. Any question we had about the donuts were barely addressed, and requests on how the donuts were boxed were met with disdain. I've been coming to this shop for over 5 years and have never had anything bad to say....until now. I think we will stay away from this place and go Duck Donuts or Dunkin' Donuts for the time being.

Everytime we visit the greater Phoenix area, we find a Bosa Donuts. Excellent variety and excellent donuts. Best in AZ, I dare say.
As they say...Best Donuts in Arizona! Spacious and yet homey. LOVED it.
Stopped to get the children smoothies and a got a few doughnuts. Service was good and the drinks and food were great.
Mediocre doughnuts. Got a boba drink and they don’t have boba straws to enjoy said boba drink…makes no sense why you would offer the drink if you can’t drink the boba thru the straw
