Just average for us. The employee we worked with wasn’t knowledgeable at all about the wine they were serving.Also, the wine list needs some work. More like a TotalWine Tasting Room than a wine merchant (pretty much everything on the menu is large-distribution big name California, nothing special). Fun for a happy hour get together, and the food looked great. Vibe and location was awesome.Our biggest issue was that every bottle we ordered was a different vintage than was mentioned on the menu. This is like a cardinal sin of wine service.
Was our First time in and wanted to celebrate my lady’s 40th birthday. I called ahead and the receptionist recommended the kissing booth. Said they probably won’t be busy but if I wanted that spot to make the reservation. So I told her what we were celebrating and I wanted it to be extra special. We Made the reservation for 6pm and I paid the per person deposit for the kissing booth. When we showed up they had seated people there already. The people clearly only ordered drinks and while we sat at a normal table we saw them order food as we did. Didn’t need to make a reservation to sit at a normal table like the other few people in the bar. Very disappointed as this was our first time in and I made a point to say this was a special event. Very unprofessional. They offered no compensation or much of an apology. Cannot recommend this place
Service when we got there was very slow. Our main server wasn't very attentive and didn't know about their specials. But everyone else who helped us were great. The food was so much better than I was expecting! Bruschetta and bottle of wine special and we shared the pasta entree. Did I say that the food was great?!
Loved the atmosphere of this place! Everything on the menu looks so good too. We tried several drinks (especially love the frozen wine treats)! We also got the black burger and the Cajun pasta. So delicious! They had a really awesome DJ playing the night we went too. So cool!
I was told this place was the new go to in Chandler and man did it exceed my expectations! First, it is in a perfect location in downtown Chandler, you can’t miss it. The inside is a great mix of upscale but relaxed vibes, perfect for a date night, dinner, or a quick stop. I was amazed at the liquor and wine selection particularly the hard to find whisky options. The food was also excellent, so I highly recommend everyone to try out this awesome place!Also happy hour 11-7 everyday $5 wines, wells, and pitchers of beer.
Was walking by after lunch for my birthday and spotted this place. It had such a cool vibe from the entrance that we said let's grab a drink and when you go around the wall, that when the decor of this place hits you. So clean, modern, and comfortable. The leather bar chairs were well received. The moto of the place is great and one of the best happy hours setups I've seen in awhile, huge window to enjoy. Had two glass of house red which was dark, chilled, and had a sweet finish. Each glass was $5, but the awesome waitress game me mine gratis for my birthday so she got a bigger tip. Will be visiting more often and bringing friends!
What an experience! First of all, when you walk in you get hit with this incredible atmosphere, and as you walk deeper and you see the bar you realize this place is insane. It truly makes you feel like you ventured into the ritziest of locations. Then you take a glance at the menu and realize wow, this place is special. It transports you, you're in a place that is so reasonably priced yet feels like you can't afford it! Well done BlackSheep! Their menu is simple yet elegant. Highly recommend the Burrata, and any of their paninis. The bruschetta is also worthy of writing home about. It is truly worth a stop. Jay Rock made our experience, kudos!
Lashay Marks has done an unbelievable job with creating this place. The atmosphere is like no other. The food is great especially the soup. The staff is warm and welcoming. They have wine but they also have cocktails and much more. The price is very affordable you’ll be surprised. You’ll leave happy with a big smile on your face. Just like Lashay well when you see him.
I love the vibe of this cute downtown spot. I had the pasta and some bruschetta. They have great happy specials on glasses of wine too. I’ll def be back.
Such a great place with a great concept. We visited for brunch and were not sorry. The crab cake Florentine was delicious along with the frozen Rose. The glassware is for sale so I bought a wine glass and tumbler. They have a great location next to some nice shops.. We will be back. You must give them a try.
