This is a convenient location. The food is good, but the prices are a little high. The portion sizes are great. The fish and chips were tasty, especially the French fries. The space has a relaxed upscale vibe. The service was adequate, though our server looked bored to be there and never smiled. Even though it was busy, we were quickly seated. The outdoor patio is nice, weather permitting.
This place is definitely nothing special...no better than an Applebees. The prices are ridiculous and the service is mediocre at best. The atmosphere is fine, but again, nothing you can't get from your quintessential bar and grill. The fish and chips were fine, but way overpriced. The do have a few gluten sensitive items which is nice. And the outdoor patio is nice as well.
Listen, the food was good, but everything is twice as expensive as it should be for the quality. Olive Garden's chicken Alfredo is better, both it and the jumbalaya must have been sitting under the hot plate for a while because they were both nasty and dried out (22 dollar dishes each by the way). And last but not least these are literally the same french fries they served at my high school cafeteria 10 years ago. My friend and I both agreed we're never going back. The prices are just insulting for the quality and service (don't even get me started on the microscopic condiments as pictured above in the 30 dollar entree. There are no condiments at the table.)
This place was really good, great food and service. Went for lunch for my daughter's birthday ? and it was a perfect day to sit outside, eat prior to shopping and a movie ?. Hard to find good food and service at the same place. I appreciate it.
Overall we had a good meal and so did the kids. The server and staff were nice but half of them seemed to be socializing but it didn't distract then from paying attention to our table. Food was good but it did look as if it was sitting out for a bit or reheated. I had the jambalaya and the wife had ahi tuna with soba noodles. We were satisfied but not impressed. The kids had chicken strips that looked like the frozen variety you get from the local grocery store. For the prices of their meals you would expect better quality and taste.
The food is good, but every time we order for pickup, they never NEVER put the condiments that come with the meal, which has happened 4 times already. It’s getting pretty old. No crème sauce for the tacos, tacos ended up being dry no salsa for the chips sweet, dry chips. Please have more attention to detail your customers would appreciate it.
We have never been to BJ's before but we thought we would give it a try. We had a horrible experience there today. They sat us on the patio on our request and that was fine. The waitress took our drink order and returned with our drinks and took our order. That was the last we saw of her. We waited over 30 min before I had to track someone down to find her so was could get at least one drink refill. When we finally saw her come back out to the patio, she still ignored us and wet to 2 other tables before she came to us to see if we wanted refills. About 5 min latter, 2 other employees brought out our meal. One order was wrong and one order was missing (party of 9)! Finally someone came back out ad I told him (our waitress was STILL getting our refills) we were missing my wife's meal. 10 min latter it came to her after most of us were almost done. Our bill was over $140 and I feel for that kind of money (food was good) service should be spot on. My daughter's lunch was the meal that was wrong. She asked for the baked ziti with Alfredo sauce and it came with regular sauce. Fearing that it would take 30 min for it to be right, she just had that. Needles to say, I don't know if me and my family will be returning or would I recommend this location to friend or family.
On January 12, 2023 me and my son went enjoy the food . We wanted to sit on patio. The waiter was about to take us.Then this girl at desk that does tables told us no. The restaurant was not crowdedMine you there were people sitting out there.. She advised they were short of staffing. Mot acceptable for 2 people .
Husband and I came in on Sunday. It was relatively slow. Tasha was our server. Was not attentive to us at all. Did not put in our appetizer. Never asked how our meal was. Said she was going to get a refill for my husbands drink 4 times and FINALLY got to it when we were done eating. However she did check on every other table in the area, bringing their refills and checking on them. So that was nice. Had a $100 gift card but was so displeased with the service and the food we just gave it all away. Won’t be coming back here again.
The food looks good but it wasn't the greatest. The wings were kind of like fried chicken nuggets w/ sauce thrown on top & the drinks were weak & they didn't have much of a cocktail menu only if you are a BIG fan of vodka I had really high expectations for this place? but on the bright side the waiter was amazing!
