I'm a lover of all things breakfast, so when I drove by this place on Friday night, i KNEW where I was going for breakfast on Saturday morning. Customer Service was great from the time we requested a table until the time we left. Prices are fair and the atmosphere was what you'd expect. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with Scrambled Eggs and Hashbrowns. The eggs were pretty good. The Hashbrowns... meh. But the Chicken Fried Steak was severely over cooked. The sausage gravy was well prepared and kinda helped the steak. But I had to be eat it in small bites as to not get a full jaw muscle workout at breakfast.But worst of all was the silverware. You may not be able to see in the photo, but the fork, spoon and knives were coated in what I can only hope was dried dishwasher soap. The pictures were taken after I spent 5 minutes trying to scrub them clean with my napkin and water. This should be a simple fix Bisbee Breakfast Club, but it CAN'T be safe.I'll be back to give Bisbee another try, just to be fair.
So I'll start by saying the servers and hostess were very nice, and the home fries were great. However the scrambled eggs were so undercooked I couldn't do it had to ask for new eggs, no big deal. Then the pancake I ordered never came so I had to ask for one to go, also no big deal. But the real reason for the one star is I get home and start to eat this pancake only to find that there is literal trash cooked inside it. Looked like a piece of that paper that separates meat patties or cheese slices. Still I'm sorry but that's just gross. Kitchen was really lacking. Pic for proof

Hearty meal was good. I opted for the shrimp omelet. Coffee was good too. Service was excellent because of Claire.

FANTASTIC customer service! From the time I came in, to the placement of my order and every interaction afterwards the staff was pleasant. The food was delicious and fresh. The mimosas were top notch as well. Not too strong or too weak.
So much potential. Good atmosphere. Good menu. Great selection of dishes. They even gave coloring pages and crayons to the kids. Each dish came out and looked amazing, however with almost every taste, we were left wanting in flavor. Everything was cooked well and the texture of the food and presentation was also good, but the dishes lacked seasonings to flavor it.The french toast had cinnamon in the batter, but the bread didn't have any flavor?! I could see the cinnamon in the bread, but you can't really taste it. The same story with the blueberry granola pancakes. There was blueberry and granola added to the batter to make the pancakes, but it was like no other spices were used to give it flavor. The syrup didn't save it.We ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was battered and fried and the chicken was moist-again no seasoning. It was very sad. The waffles were nice and crispy though.We ordered the crazy burro and the chicken tender platter as well with the same story. Good ingredients, but they need seasoning.The corned beef hash was the one dish that had good flavor! The texture was like it had been ground, but it had FLAVOR!!!We were given ranch, bbq sauce, and honey mustard sauce as sides. I ended up dipping my French toast in the honey mustard sauce for flavor. I have to say the honey mustard sauce was amazing. Lastly, the strawberry lemonade- it will make your mouth pucker and it was delicious! If I were to go back, it would be for the honey mustard sauce and strawberry lemonade. Not the best combo, but I could take it home to enjoy with something else.
This place is fun. I didn’t know it was here. Glad I found it. The staff was friendly. Order a side of biscuit and gravy. Trust me it’s just enough.
The staff was spot on. Their greeting was warm as though they were welcoming you into their home. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was out of this world. How can you go wrong with gravy topping your breakfast? You can’t! The portions are huge! (To Go Boxes will be your friend). I will definitely be going back!
