We chose Benihana's for my Mothers birthday dinner and we were expecting to have a great experience. When we arrived the older woman at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude and was giving very dirty looks to my family and other guest waiting on there tables. We had a reservation and there was still no table ready for us when we arrived. We waited about 25 minutes despite reserving a table. The only good experience we had was our server, a young black lady with a shorter style hair cut. She was working very hard to take care of us, repeatedly refilled our sodas and waters, took our dirty plates, and brought us everything we needed with a happy attitude even though she was taking care of many other tables. She was an AMAZING server. However, when our chef came to greet us he was also very rude. He was snappy and had a bad attitude when we asked for more sauce. He was not entertaining like other chefs and made the food poorly. Considering the amount we spent on each plate, the food should have been better. It was under seasoned and poorly made. The chef was also coughing while making the food and visibly sweating. A better experience should be given with the price of everything. The overall experience was terrible and not worth the money. I would not return to this location and I would not recommend it to a friend. The knockoff hibachi places are way better! Never again! -Lillianna Diaz 6194956903

our server was wonderful. she took the time to explain the menu and answer all our questions. she was in between two tables but seemed to handle both very well. nothing to complain about. we go every year and this was another exceptional birthday dinner. thank you!

Our first time at this location, very impressed. Staff very friendly and helpful, facilityâs clean, met the manager who was great. This is our Benihana from now on will bring family and friends here and highly recommend this location.
