Came in and got a ice cream cake for my sister they did a great job putting happy bday on it for me, even though one of the employees told me they couldn't put anything on it, so i asked the the other lady and she went and asked the baker and she came and did it for me..
Pulled up to the drive-through window to place my order but I realize I may have been at the wrong place so I said that’s OK got to the window because it was the Correct Pl., Harley had a big problem with me ordering at the window so I just said to the customer that was at the window nice gentleman it was OK since Harley has such a big problem with me ordering I’ll take my business elsewhere
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. 2.24.22 at 11:15am at the Baskin Robbins on CHANDLER Blvd and Kyrene I ordered a cake online from Baskin Robbins for the first time and went to pick it up. The lobby was locked and did not have any signs on the doors stating the lobby was closed. So I drove around to the drive thru and was a little confused because it looked like it was for Dunkin Donuts only. So when I told them I was there for a pick up order for Erica, right away I was greeted with an attitude saying very mean "We dont have an order for Erica". I stated that I have an email giving me that address and ask is this Baskin Robbins or Dunkin Donuts? She said yes that they are both but the lobby is closed because they are understaffed and at that point I had 2 ladies yelling at me. Saying next time I need to mention that I was there to pick up a cake from baskin Robbins. So when I got an attitude back then the lady starting telling me I need to calm down with my attitude but I would have never given an attitude if they weren't attacking me about not being specific about what I was picking up. But when I pulled up to the window none of those girls were in sight. It was a totally different girl handing me my cake and was really nice. My company was wanting to try this cake out to see if we wanted to use them to purchase our monthly birthday cakes for our firm which we are a big firm and would have spent good money on but we will never purchase anything from here again.
They had no pint cups to fill. There is a supply shortage on many, many things which may explain the shortage. They'll used a Dunkin' bag.

4 people standing around, trash full and over flowing, tables not wiped, and not busy, so what were they doing and not keeping the place looking clean. Disappointing. Won't go back.
