They just lost a regular customer. Three times you're out. Gave them 3 opportunitys to get it right, the replacement pizza was like they just didn't care. Wings are like jerky, and no flavor, cook them less! We won't order again!
Great place for parties with family. An Arizona tradition. Good pizza and wings at decent prices.

We love Barro's pizza but our 2pm visit on April 24th 2022 left us very disappointed. There was not a clean empty table in the place. We had to ask for a wet towel to bus and clean our own table.We ordered a medium pizza and 24 wings. Sadly the pizza was overcooked and the wings were dry.When we were almost finished an employee came out with a big trash can and started busing right next to us. I can't imagine anyone who would think that appropriate.Is it store policy to bus with a big dirty, stinky full size garbage can in the main dining area?Once again we LOVE BARROS PIZZA but this store has really gone downhill because of the employees that work there. Very sad
Everytime I have been here the girls just visit as the lobby is full of people waiting for their order. Then all the sudden they seem to remember that they need to work. My pizza had been under the heat lamp for well over 5 minutes as they visited and played on their phones. The tables were filthy, nobody even checked.It's decent pizza, but there are a ton of very good pizza shops nearby. I won't go back.
Best Pizza around, I'm 59 delivered Pizza for them at 16. Yummy, doesn't skimp on ingredients. Dillon is a great manager w awesome customer service skills.
Only our 2nd time ordering from here and the pizza always tastes great! We do pick up instead of delivery because they seem to have a very long wait for delivery times. Noah was working the counter last night and he was very sweet and helpful. He is a great when it come to customer service!
Ordered a pizza/wings and sat down to eat in the restaurant. Pizza was delivered to our table, wings were taking a little longer. After 10-15 minutes, pizza is gone and the wings are still not out. I go ask the girl at the counter where they're at. She puts her phone away and starts looking at the to-go orders. Finds our wings, which have been sitting now and hands them to us. Maybe putting the phone away would be a good idea? I'm sure Instagram can wait until you're off shift.
The staff here really are great. You can appreciate the customer service and how they really want to make you feel welcomed. Pizza is pretty good overall our last time here the sauce was a little sparse. Crust is thicker than I prefer and a bit too dry but that might be because the sauce was too little. Also one side was cooked browner than the other. Let’s say this go around inconsistent to how I’ve had them in the past.Ingredients though tasted fresh and I’d recommend their namesake special. Mozzarella stick were typical tasted frozen and deep fried ok but not outstanding also the garden salad is typical. The ranch dressing they use is very good btw. I couldn’t find tea to drink but they had horchata? Odd. It’s a good all around location.
Wait time is generally really low in store, delivery time can be a bit long on holidays as expected and they close early of course. The food is really good at this location though and I would reccomend stopping in
