Delivery took forever. Tipped when ordering. Would not recommend. Took forever. When I called they said they didn’t have a the gate code, and they delivered another order. I gave them the gate code upon ordering!
Second time we ordered here. Went to pick up (exactly at the pick up time) and good thing I told my husband what the order was because they only had the two pizzas ready. He asked about the two orders of wings and they said “oh hang on” and clearly missed it so put the order in. Wish they had told us and we had the chance to cancel it because by the time he got home the pizza was cold and (yuck). Typically cold pizza isn’t that bad but this was (thin crust) and our company was not impressed (their first Barro pizza). Might order elsewhere
Stopped by for a late lunch. Apparently the lunch combos end at 3:00.If you order a combo with a salad(at 3:02) they tell you no, they have to throw all the salads away and can't serve them.A bit disappointed but the pizza was still good.
Not a fan of Chicago style pizza but it's OK and inexpensive lunch
Have no idea if the food is good or not. Called to place order and was greeted with can you hold please, 4.5 mins later still on hold, hung up dialed again, put directly on hold for another 4 mins, no answer. Guess they are still blaming pandemic?
Food was great except I had to send back 2 dozen hot wings because they were hard, they brought be back 2dz and they were still hard but I told my husband we'll just keep these and not order them next, 30.00$ wasted on hot wings . And the celery was welted and white. But in the plus side the service was excellent!

We go to Barro's a lot as we live around the corner. Our pizza, salad and wings have always been delicious! A couple of days ago we had dinner there and I noticed a new employee, Autumn, who really stood out! She greeted us so cheerfully, she's friendly, caring, has a wonderful smile and works hard. She assisted two elderly couples with their needs while checking on us several times. Shortly after that we saw her wiping down tables, cleaning the glass doors and tidying the whole place. Awesome!
Barro's is our go to for pizza and wings. We particularly enjoy the Barro's special and BBQ chicken pizzas. We are very particular about wings and always order them plain, well done, with the sauce on the side. Barro's always get this order right unlike other places that serve wings. The cashier's are always attentive and do a great job. Love going in for lunch and getting a slice and a salad.
I really like the pizza and the employees are always nice. I knew the place would be busy today so i ordered online 2 1/2 hours early with a pick up time of 6 pm. At 6:10 they told me "its in the oven". At 6:26 i went back to the counter and they had it in the warmer. This is the second time this has happened in the last 5 times ordering. There are far too many good pizza places within the 5 miles i drive to get to Barros,
